To ensure your National Lottery emails reach you, please add the following email addresses to your Email Address Book or Safe Senders List:

This is necessary because some email account providers block emails from senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's Address Book or on their Safe Senders List, in order to prevent you from receiving unwanted spam email.

We have provided instructions below on how to do this for the most commonly used email providers.

The National Lottery cannot always guarantee delivery of marketing/service emails to your inbox even if you follow the instructions below and any players who experience issues should contact their email providers in the first instance.

Hotmail

  1. Open our email containing the address you want to add.
  2. Click on the 'Add to contacts' link besides the address you want to add.
  3. The contact address will appear in your Contacts list, which can be located on the left-hand side of your email inbox. Click on the drop-down arrow near 'Outlook.com' and select 'People'.

Outlook

  1. Open our email containing the address you want to add.
  2. Right-click on the address in the 'from' field.
  3. Select 'Add to Outlook Contacts'.
  4. Enter the information you wish to add on the address card and click 'Save and close'.

Google Mail

  1. Open our email containing the address you want to add.
  2. Hover over the email address in the 'from' field and a box will appear.
  3. Click on the 'Add to Contacts' link located on the bottom left-hand side of this.
  4. A new page will pop up. Enter the information you wish to add on 'Add to Contacts' and type in the information you copied.
  5. After entering the details, the contact will automatically be saved.

Yahoo Mail/ BT Yahoo

  1. Open our email containing the address you want to add.
  2. Click on the address in the 'From' field and a new box will appear
  3. Click 'Add to contacts' and another box will pop up.
  4. This will take you to a new screen where you can enter any information you wish on the address card.
  5. Enter the information you wish to add and click 'done'.

AOL

  1. Open our email containing the address you want to add.
  2. Click on the email address in the 'from' field and a box will appear.
  3. Within that box click the information you wish to add on the Address Card and click 'Save'.
