We want to make it as easy as possible for you to buy your tickets - so if you set up a monthly Direct Debit, we'll do all the hard work for you!

Both Lotto and Thunderball can be played by Direct Debit; here are some of the benefits you might not have realised:

  • It's flexible - you can change your numbers, add or remove lines, or cancel, at any time; you're in control
  • It only takes minutes to set up
  • You can start playing straight away
  • No need to check your numbers; we'll let you know if you've won
  • Winnings up to £5,000 are paid straight into your bank account for you
  • You won't need to worry about logging on before the draw - you'll automatically be in the draw each week
  • You can even go on holiday knowing that, if your Lotto numbers come up, you could return a millionaire.

How do I start playing by Direct Debit?

A. Fill out the Lotto or Thunderball play slip as normal, but this time select 'Continuous' as the number of weeks. You'll then be taken step-by-step through the set-up process and asked to enter the necessary bank details.

How do I view my Direct Debit play slips and information?

B. You can view your Direct Debit play slips at any time by clicking on the 'Direct Debit play slips' button in 'My Account'.

In here you will see your Account and payment summary and you can view your play slips.

All your Direct Debit tickets are also saved for you in the 'Tickets' section of your Account.

How do I change my numbers or cancel my play slip?

C. Each of the Direct Debit play slips saved in your Account has Edit and Delete buttons underneath them. By clicking Edit, you can easily add, or remove, lines - as well as change your numbers.

It's as easy as that!
