Why can't I receive text alerts on my mobile phone?
- Q. Why can't I receive text alerts on my mobile phone?/Why have I stopped receiving alerts on my phone?
- A.
It could be for one of the following reasons:
- You are not a Vodafone, Orange, O2, T-Mobile or Three customer
- The text message memory on your phone is full
- Your pre-pay credit has run out
- You have withheld your number
If you registered via the IVR line:
- Your phone may have been switched off for 72 hours
- You may not have been in range for 72 hours
- You did not select the correct options on the IVR
- You have not sent LOTTERY YES to 82222 in order to activate your account after you had called 0871 8718787
- You may have called the registration line using a different mobile phone to the one that you wish to receive the results on (this is because the system will automatically assume that this mobile phone number is the one to be registered on the service)
