EuroMillions Promotion

Eligibility and Entry

1) This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over that have a National Lottery account online (with the exception of individuals named on the Gambling Commission’s National Lottery prohibited play list, and employees of any Allwyn Group of Companies^, or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, key subcontractors, their immediate dependent family, or agents) and are eligible to buy entries using that account. Proof of age and residency must be provided if requested.

2) Purchase is required. A National Lottery account and internet access are required.

3) Every eligible participant who uses their online National Lottery account in accordance with paragraph 4, before 7:30pm on Friday 26th September 2025, two (or more) entries into the EuroMillions draw taking place on Friday 26th September 2025 (the “Relevant EuroMillions Draw”), whether by direct debit, advance play or normal play, will, subject to these Terms and Conditions, be automatically entered into a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) to win the prize described in paragraph 8 below (the “Prize”). The two entries into the Relevant EuroMillions Draw may be purchased in different transactions and need not be purchased at the same time. Participants are only entitled to one entry into the Prize Draw, regardless of whether they purchase more than two entries into the Relevant EuroMillions Draw.

4) To buy entries into the Relevant EuroMillions Draw on the National Lottery website, go to www.national-lottery.co.uk (the “Site”) whilst physically located in the UK or Isle of Man, or download the National Lottery app from the App Store or Google Play. If you are not already a registered player, you will have to open a National Lottery account (by following the on-screen instructions) and add funds to your National Lottery account wallet, or you can set up a Direct Debit. The National Lottery Account Terms, Rules for Draw-Based Games Played Online and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Online Game Procedures (all available on the Site) (“Game Terms and Rules”) apply to registration, use of your National Lottery account and draw-based games played online.

5) It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure the personal details registered to their National Lottery account are correct. Allwyn will not be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of any prize.

6) Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions or the Game Terms and Rules, will not be valid.

The Draw

7) The Prize Draw will take place on or before 2nd October 2025 and will be conducted using a random number generator under the supervision of an independent observer. The winners of the Prizes will be the first 10 entries selected at random from all valid entries. A further 20 entries will be selected at random from all valid entries and will constitute the reserves list.

The Prizes

8) There are 10 Prizes available to be won. Each Prize is an Around the World trip for 2 adults (starting and ending in the UK) and is valued at approximately £95,000. The Around the World Prize consists specifically of (subject to paragraphs 9 and 10):

• Flights to and from the UK to the destination of choice;
• A minimum of 3 and maximum of 16 flight segments, including surface segments (this refers to parts of your journey where you travel between two flight points using non-flying methods, such as overland or sea travel) between any 2 airports;
• A maximum travel mileage of 39000, with travel being in one global direction (i.e travel must be via the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans (or Pacific first and then Atlantic) and only one crossing of each ocean is permitted. Travel must be in a continuous forward direction, back tracking between continents is not permitted.)
• A total of 21 nights suite accommodation at 5-star resorts; and
• Meals (or cash to cover meals depending on the specifics of the trip).
• Other experiences may also be included at Allwyn’s and/or NDL’s discretion.

The winner can choose from one of the options set out below or, subject to the above, and paragraphs 9 and 10, choose a different itinerary.

9) The following terms apply to the Prize:

• i. The prize is for 21 nights.  Any additional nights added to the prize will be at the winner’s own expense and any associated requirements such as travel insurance, meals and any other expenses for these additional nights must be covered by the winner in terms of cost and any liability.  Allwyn and/or NDL will not be responsible for any additional costs or issues that may occur if the winner requires additional nights accommodation during their trip.
• ii. The Prize must be booked within one year of contact by Allwyn’s prize fulfilment agency Nick Deyong Limited (“NDL”) with the winner and may not be taken between 1st December 2025 and 15th January 2026 or 1st December 2026 and 15 January 2027. All flights in the Around the World trip must be taken within 12 months from the first flight day, and must be booked at least 2 months before the desired travel.
• iii. The prize includes Around the World flights (see paragraph 8 for details), all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one or two pieces of checked baggage (depending on the airline) per person. In an effort to minimise Allwyn’s carbon footprint, the winner and their guest will have a choice of economy class flights plus £10,000.00 which will be paid by NDL via BACS into the winner’s UK bank account, or the winner can select to upgrade to business class flights (with no cash option). NDL will book all winners’ flights. The winner must confirm their choice of flights in writing to NDL.
• iv. Travel as part of your Economy Class or Business Class Around the World tickets will be on American Airlines, Alaskan Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Fiji Airways, Finnair, Iberian Airways, Japan Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Oman Air, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Royal Jordanian, Sri Lankan Airlines and other affiliated partner airlines. International flights will be booked in either economy class or business class depending on the winner's preference. If choosing business class, please note that on some routes where a business class cabin is not available, flights will be in economy class.
• v. Where car hire is included in the Prize, fully inclusive car hire is for 2 adults (maximum 1 car). Drivers need to be over the age of 25 and to have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years.  Fully inclusive car hire includes unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees.  The driver will need to provide the car hire company with a personal credit card that has £500 - £1,000 (variant depending on company) available for a security deposit that is refundable to their card upon the safe return of the vehicle and subject to any applicable checks carried out by the car hire company.
• vi. Hotels are classed as 5 star and are based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double suite with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
• vii. 24-hour Butler Service or concierge is available at all hotels included in options 1 to 3 in paragraph 8.
• viii. Where meals and drinks are not included in the package, an allowance will be given to the winner of £200.00 per person for lunch and dinner each day that the meals and drinks are not included (a maximum of £8,400.00 over 21 days). Where meals are included but alcoholic drinks are excluded, an additional allowance of £50.00 per person will be provided. Funds will be provided to the winner via BACS into the winner’s UK bank account.
• ix. Food tours are subject to availability at time of booking. Tours lasts for 3-3.5 hours and include 6 stops.
• x. Michelin star meals are based on 2 adults enjoying a tasting menu with wine pairing. Reservations are subject to availability at time of booking.
• xi. The winner and their guest must hold a valid passport (with sufficient time remaining after the return date) at the time of travel. Non-UK passport holders may need a visa for the destinations, which they will need to arrange directly with the Embassy of the destination country. Approval is at the discretion of the relevant Embassy and NDL Group or Allwyn cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Costs for this visa will not be included in the Prize unless specified and will need to be met by the winner or their guest.
• xii. For all US and Canada trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US or Canadian Embassy (as appropriate), which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US/Canada upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America and/or Canada. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy, Canadian Embassy and NDL Group or Allwyn cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Where ESTA fees are included in the Prize, these monies will be paid by NDL via BACS into the winner’s UK bank account.
• xiii. Due to the ever-changing travel advice in relation to world events, winners are advised to look at all the information available with regard to the entry requirements of the destination they are travelling to before selecting travel dates. To understand the risks in a country, follow FCDO Travel Advice. Information can also be found online at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is the winner’s and their guest’s responsibility to comply with any requirements for entering each destination and upon returning to the UK. NDL cannot be held responsible for the winner and their guest not having the correct travel documentation or following any entry regulations.
• xiv. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange any appropriate vaccinations for the countries they are travelling to.
• xv. The Prize and all elements of the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. If any of the advertised destinations or accommodations become unavailable for any reason, Allwyn and/or its suppliers reserve the right to offer an alternative equivalent accommodation/destination.
• xvi. Once a booking has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets and no refunds will be issued.
• xvii. The Prize includes travel insurance for the winner and their guest. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions need to be declared and may not be covered, and, in such an event, the winner and their guest will be responsible for making and paying for any alternative insurance arrangements.
• xviii. All elements of the Prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of that element of the Prize including, for example, transfer companies.
• xix. Neither Allwyn nor any of its suppliers shall have any responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of any third-party providing services in respect of the fulfilment of the Prize.
• xx. Once travel tickets have been issued, neither Allwyn nor NDL shall be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Allwyn, NDL or the travel companies.
• xxi. All expenses not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.
• xxii. Allwyn and its suppliers, including NDL who will be arranging fulfilment of the Prize, are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the winner and/or their guests in relation to this promotion or the taking of the Prize.

10) The Prize and each element of the Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Allwyn reserves the right to substitute a Prize, in whole or in part, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

11) By taking part in this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Winners and Unclaimed Prizes

12) Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or by the email address registered to their National Lottery account on or before 9th October 2025. If a winner fails to respond to communications within 14 days of date of initial contact by Allwyn (by 8pm Monday-Saturday and by 5pm Sundays), or cannot confirm compliance (age, residency) with these Terms and Conditions within 14 days of date of initial contact by Allwyn, or if the winner is for other reasons unable to accept the prize, that winner will be declared disqualified and Allwyn will attempt to award the prize to a reserve from the reserve list. Any reserve will have the same timeframes and compliance confirmations. Allwyn will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners after the initial contact.

13) If, despite Allwyn’s best efforts, a prize remains unclaimed after offering it to at least two reserve winners, or the list of 20 reserves has been exhausted (whichever comes first), Allwyn shall not be obliged to allocate the Prize but may withdraw it from the promotion and use it as it sees fit.

Privacy

14) All personal data will be stored securely and processed by Allwyn and NDL (as applicable) in accordance with current privacy legislation and their respective privacy policies, available at www.allwyn.co.uk/privacy-policy (Allwyn’s) and www.ndlgroup.com/privacy-policy (NDL’s). Allwyn and NDL will use the personal data supplied solely for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary. On confirmation that a winner wishes to take the Prize, the winner’s details will be shared with NDL for them to contact the winner to arrange the fulfilment of the Prize.

General

15) Winners will be asked, but are not obliged, to take part in publicity.

16) The surname and county of residence of the winner, if resident in the British Isles, will be made available by Allwyn to anyone contacting Allwyn through the webpage www.national-lottery.co.uk/contact-us#get-in-touch between 5th January and 31st July 2026. If you do not wish for your details to be made available, you should advise Allwyn when accepting the prize. In any event the winner details will be made available to the ASA upon request.

17) No correspondence will be entered into. Allwyn’s decision is final.

18) Allwyn shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a participant from accessing the Site, App, their email or National Lottery Account, purchasing a play and/or accepting their Prize (including, without limitation, if The National Lottery Site or App is unavailable at any time or for any reason).

19) Neither Allwyn nor NDL will be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing shall exclude Allwyn or NDL’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

20) If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond Allwyn’s control including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Allwyn which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Allwyn may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. Allwyn reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond Allwyn’s reasonable control and which prevents Allwyn from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Allwyn will not be liable to participants or third parties for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavor to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

21) If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

22) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

23) This promotion is not a game forming part of The National Lottery.
