How it works
It's quick and easy to set up. Simply select 'Continuously by Direct Debit' when choosing the number of weeks to play on your Lotto, EuroMillions, or Thunderball play slip(s).
We'll store your play slips and, once it's all up and running, enter you into your chosen draws. And you'll be able to view your tickets, including your raffle numbers, at any time in 'My games'. It takes between 2 to 4 weeks to set up your Direct Debit so we'll let you know the start date straight away.
And if you'd like to enter draws before your Direct Debit starts, that's easy too. Just complete another play slip for the game you want to play, then select the number of weeks to cover your entries until your Direct Debit begins.
What do I need?
How do I view my tickets and change my details?
Sign in to 'My account' to view all the tickets you have played, your Direct Debit schedule and results and to make changes to your details. You can cancel your Direct Debit or delete a play slip on your Direct Debit at any time in the Direct Debit section in your account. If you cancel or delete a Direct Debit play slip, we will not take any more payments, but we will use any money that has already been collected to buy your tickets until it is spent.
You should contact your bank if you want to change the bank account that your Direct Debit comes out of.
What if I win?
We'll let you know by email and we'll pay winnings up to and including £50,000 straight into your bank account.
If you’re lucky enough to win more than £50,000, we will ask you to call us to arrange claiming your prize in person.
