The following Game Specific Rules apply for EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker draws:

July's Mega Week 2017

Game Specific Rules for the UK Millionaire Maker A Thrilling Florida Break ‘Mega Week’ Draw on Tuesday 25^th July and Friday 28^th July 2017

These Game Specific Rules (the “Game Specific Rules”) apply when You play EuroMillions and the UK Millionaire Maker (the “Games”) for the UK Millionaire Maker Mega Week Draw taking place on Tuesday 25^th July and Friday 28^th July 2017 (the “Mega Week Draw”). These Game Specific Rules apply in addition to the following documents (depending on how You play):

if You play at a Retailer, the Rules for Draw-Based Games Played at Retailers (the “Retail Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Retail Game Procedures (the “Retail Procedures”) apply; and
if You play online (including by Direct Debit), the Account Terms if You play via Your Account (or Pingit User Account Terms if You play via Your Pingit Account), the Rules for Draw-Based Games Played Online (the “Online Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Online Game Procedures (the “Online Procedures”) apply.

If there is any conflict between these documents, the Rules will take priority, followed by the Procedures and the Retail Rules or Online Rules as appropriate,(and the Account Terms and/or the Pingit User Account Terms, as appropriate), unless the Rules say otherwise.

All words and phrases in these Rules that begin with a capital letter and have specific meaning are explained in these Rules, in paragraph 18, or have the meaning given to them in the Rules or Procedures.

The Mega Week Draw

If You buy a EuroMillions ticket for the draw on Tuesday 25^th July 2017 and/or Friday 28^th July 2017, You will be automatically entered into one or both of the Mega Week Draws.
There are three (3) prizes available to be won on the draw on Tuesday 25^th July and three (3) prizes available to be won on the draw on Friday 28^th July 2017, each prize consisting of the Non-Cash Prize and the UK Millionaire Maker Prize (together the “Prizes”). A winner has the option of receiving a Cash Alternative instead of the Non-Cash Prize.
The Rules deal with the payment and award of the Prizes. For information about the Games (including how to play and win) see the Procedures.

The Non-Cash Prize – A Thrilling Florida Break

The Non-Cash Prize consists of:

Private luxury return transfers for You and Your three guests from Your home to the nearest International UK airport which flies to Miami International Airport.
Return business class flights for You and Your three guests to Miami International Airport. You must be one of the people travelling and either You or one of Your three guests must be over the age of 21. Flights may be indirect depending on Your departure location.
10 days’ premium car hire providing that the driver is over the age of 25 and has held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of between £500 – £1,000 (dependant on car hire company) available for a security deposit (refundable upon safe return of the vehicle). The car hire will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hire company.
10 nights' accommodation for You and Your three guests at The Hammocks, at Playa Largo, Florida Keys which is classed as a 5-star resort and is based on You and Your three guests sharing a Beach House, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) on a self-catering basis.
A private seaplane tour of the Keys, subject to availability. The tour starts at Florida Keys West and lasts for approximately 30 minutes. If You and Your three guests wish to take the tour You are required to drive yourselves to location. In the event that You do not wish to take part in this activity, we will aim to source an alternative activity of equal value for You and Your three guests.
An activity allowance of £1,500.00 will be provided to You in the form of either a personal cheque or bank transfer.
A fuel allowance of £250.00 will be provided to You in the form of either a personal cheque or bank transfer.
An allowance of £370.00 will be provided to You for the resort’s Kids Club This will be provided to You in the form of either a personal cheque or bank transfer
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided in the form of an allowance based on £50.00 per person for breakfast, £50.00 per person for lunch and £100.00 per person for dinner. Allowances will be given to You either as a personal cheque or bank transfer.

The Non-Cash Prize General Terms

The Non-Cash Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel must be booked at least two months before Your preferred travel dates and used by 28^th July 2019. Travel excludes the Christmas and New Year Holiday period.
If You are under 21, You must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 for the duration of the trip and have the written permission of Your parents/guardians.
The Prize includes travel insurance for You and Your guest. The travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions need to be declared and may not be covered and in such event, You will be responsible for making and paying for any alternative insurance arrangements. No age restrictions apply.
If any of the advertised accommodations or destinations become unavailable for any reason, Camelot and/or its suppliers reserve the right to offer an alternative equivalent accommodation/destination.
All elements of the Non-Cash Prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of that element of the Non-Cash Prize including, for example, transfer companies.
Neither Camelot nor any of its suppliers shall have any responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of any third party providing services in respect of the fulfilment of the Non-Cash Prize.
You and Your guest must hold a valid passport at the time of travel. Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they will need to arrange directly with the Embassy of the destination country. Costs for this visa will not be included in the Non-Cash Prize and so will need to be met by You or Your guest.
For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
Camelot and its suppliers will not be held liable for any acts of God or events outside of its control.
At the date that You win the Non-Cash Prize You will be given a value for the Non-Cash Prize. If, between the time You win and the date of booking Your travel, the VAT rate increases or a third party(ies) supplying an element of the Non-Cash Prize increases its fees, then some elements of Your Non-Cash Prize may vary slightly as Your Non-Cash Prize will remain at the value originally communicated to You.
You acknowledge that the taking of the Non-Cash Prize is a contract between You and Camelot’s supplier(s) of the Non-Cash Prize, and is subject to any terms and conditions of those supplier(s).

Claiming Prizes

In order to claim Your Prizes, You must phone the National Lottery Line (if You played at a Retailer) or the Customer Care Team (if You played online including by Direct Debit) during the Claim Period and in line with the prize claim procedures and requirements set out in the Rules. Entitlement to the Prizes will be lost if they are not claimed by the deadline set out in the Rules. Prizes must be claimed in person so You will need to arrange an appointment with Camelot. If You are resident in the UK, the appointment can be at Your home, a Camelot Regional Centre (see addresses below), or at another location agreed by Camelot. If You are resident on the Isle of Man, appointments must be at a Camelot Regional Centre.
During the telephone call with the National Lottery Line or the Customer Care Team, You will be asked for certain information, including without limitation Your name, address, telephone number(s) and date of birth (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information will be used by Camelot and its suppliers in order to fulfil the Prizes.
During the appointment with the Camelot representative(s), You will be asked to complete a Prize Claim Form and, if You played at a Retailer, provide the Winning Ticket to the Camelot representative. You will also need to confirm the Personal Information given under paragraph 6 above.
Once Your claim has been successfully validated (in line with the requirements of the Rules, Procedures and these Game Specific Rules, and the Account Terms if You played online) Camelot will pay the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and Camelot’s suppliers will contact You to arrange fulfilment of the Non-Cash Prize. Where relevant You will need to provide personal details of those that will be making use of the Non-Cash Prize with You. If You decide to take the Non-Cash Prize instead of the Cash Alternative, Your decision will be final and will not be reversible. Part of the validation process will entail You deciding whether You wish to opt for publicity or remain anonymous.
If Your name, address or telephone number change, You must provide Camelot with satisfactory evidence of these changes. Camelot will not be liable if You suffer any kind of loss as a result of failing to inform, or delaying in informing, Camelot of any changes mentioned above.
If You wish to make changes to Your Non-Cash Prize after it has been booked/ordered, Camelot and its suppliers shall try and accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee the changes will be made. If making the changes results in Camelot or its suppliers incurring a fee, this fee will be payable by You unless otherwise indicated by Camelot.
Subject to paragraph 13, Prizes are strictly non-transferable.
If You do not take/make use of Your Non-Cash Prize by 28th July 2019 (or any other date communicated to You by Camelot) then You will lose Your entitlement to the Non-Cash Prize and will receive the Cash Alternative less any administration fees incurred by Camelot or its suppliers.
If a third party comes forward to Camelot during the Claim Period (or once the Prizes have been claimed) claiming that they are the legal representative of the Prize winner and are therefore entitled to receive the Prizes instead of or for the Prize winner (for example an executor of the deceased Prize winner’s estate), Camelot will withhold payment and/or award of the Prizes until it can establish who is properly entitled to receive the Prizes. Should Camelot establish entitlement to the Prizes, provided the requirements of the Games Specific Rules, Rules and the Procedures (and the Account Terms, if the Prize winner played online) have been met, the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative will be paid. In the event that the Non-Cash Prize has been booked/ordered, no Cash Alternative will be payable.

Non-residents of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man playing Retailers

If You played at a Retailer and You are not resident in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man when claiming Your Prizes, Camelot will pay You the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative. Camelot’s decision is final and binding in any dispute relating to whether You are or are not resident in the United Kingdom, or the Isle of Man.

General

All personal data provided to Camelot (including the Personal Information) will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “DPA”). Personal data will be held and used by Camelot for the purposes set out in these Terms. Personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area which may not have laws which offer similar protection to that offered under the DPA and by entering the Mega Week Draw You consent to such transfer and to the processing of Your personal data in such countries for the purposes set out in these Terms.
Camelot reserves the right to vary these Game Specific Rules at any time by serving notice on the Site.

Law

The relevant law for these Terms is English law, and any legal proceedings will be heard in the English courts.

Definitions

The following words and terms will have the meanings given to them below when used within these Terms (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

Camelot:: Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Cash Alternative:: An amount of £64,820.00 which is equal to the price that Camelot has agreed to pay its supplier(s) for the Non-Cash Prize. This amount may be less than the consumer market value of the Non-Cash Prize.
Non-Cash Prize:: The non-cash prize available to be won in the Mega Week Draw, as defined in paragraph 4 of these Terms.
Procedures:: Either the Retail Procedures or the Online Procedures as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.
Rules:: Either the Retail Rules or the Online Rules as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.
Site:: The website national-lottery.co.uk
UK Millionaire Maker Prize: £1,000,000 (one million pounds) or such other higher amount as may be advertised by Camelot from time to time.
You/Your:: A member of the public who is eligible to buy an entry for the Games, and who buys or otherwise acquires an entry in accordance with these Game Specific Rules, the Procedures and the Rules.

Return internal flights for You and Your guest from Tokyo Haneda International Airport to Osaka International Airport. Internal flights will not necessarily be business class.
Transfers for You and Your guest between locations throughout the trip.
Five (5) nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Tokyo which is classed as a 5 star hotel and is based on two people sharing a Club Milenia Suite with an ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
A behind-the-scenes Sumo wrestler lunch in Tokyo for You and Your guest (subject to availability). The experience consists of access to the Sumo wrestler’s stables, a morning demonstration of the Sumo wrestlers and lunch with the Sumo wrestlers. Lunch is based on a Chanko Nabe Sumo style food buffet for two people to share.
A custom Tokyo stretch limousine tour for You and Your guest lasting approximately 4 hours (subject to availability).
A meal at 634, Skytree Tower, Tokyo for You and Your guest. Meal is based on two adults enjoying a four-course meal from the IKI menu including half a bottle of house wine per person, mineral water and coffee. Please note, children under 9 years old are not permitted for dinner but are allowed for lunch sittings, and alcohol is available for over 20’s only.
A one day excursion for You and Your guest to Mount Fuji or Tokyo Disneyland (at Your choice). Both activities are subject to availability and should You choose the Tokyo Disneyland option, a Disneyland gift card for ¥70,000 will be included.
Five (5) nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Kyoto which is classed as a 5 star hotel and is based on two people sharing a Kamogawa Suite with an ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
A private Geisha dinner for You and Your guest in Kyoto (subject to availability). The dinner requires some walking. Please note, children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted and there are no vegetarian options available. Alternative restaurants will be sought if Your guest is under 12 years old or vegetarian.
A chartered private boat trip along the Hozugawa River in Kyoto for You and Your guest (subject to availability).
Four (4) nights’ accommodation at the Ritz- Carlton Hotel, Osaka for You and Your guest which is classed as a 5 star hotel and is based on two people sharing an Executive Suite with an ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
An Osaka private street food tour for You and Your guest. The food tour is subject to availability and is based on two people enjoying a three-course meal.
A meal at Hajime, Osaka for You and Your guest. Meal is based on two adults enjoying a four-course meal from the standard tasting menu including half a bottle of wine per person. Alcohol is available to over 20’s only, soft drinks will be provided as an alternative.
Entry for You and Your guest to the Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium (subject to availability). The aquarium usually opens from 10am – 8pm each day. Height, age and health restrictions apply on certain animal experiences.
Breakfast is included in all hotel stays. Lunches and dinners are provided for You and Your guest in the form of an allowance based on £50 per person for lunch and £100.00 per person for dinner. Allowance will be given to the You as a personal cheque or bank transfer.

Game Specific Rules for the UK Millionaire Maker – A Dream Trip to an Island Paradise 'Mega Week' Draw on Tuesday 25^th April and Friday 28^th April 2017

These Game Specific Rules (the “Game Specific Rules”) apply when You play EuroMillions and the UK Millionaire Maker (the “Games”) for the UK Millionaire Maker Mega Week Draws taking place on Tuesday 25^th April and Friday 28^th April 2017 (the “Mega Week Draws”). These Game Specific Rules apply in addition to the following documents (depending on how You play):

if You play at a Retailer, the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played at Retailers (the “Retail Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Retail Game Procedures (the “Retail Procedures”) apply; and
if You play online (including by Direct Debit), the Account Terms if You play via Your Account (or Pingit User Account Terms if You play via Your Pingit Account), the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played Online (the “Online Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Online Game Procedures (the “Online Procedures”) apply.

If there is any conflict between these documents, the Rules will take priority, followed by the Procedures and the Retail Rules or Online Rules as appropriate, (and the Account Terms and/or the Pingit User Account Terms, as appropriate), unless the Rules say otherwise.

The Mega Week Draw

If You buy a EuroMillions ticket for the draw on Tuesday 25^th April and/or Friday 28^th April 2017, You will automatically be entered into one or both of the Mega Week Draws.
There are three (3) prizes available to be won on the draw on Tuesday 25^th April 2017 and three (3) prizes available to be won on the draw on Friday 28^th April 2017, each prize consisting of the Non–Cash Prize and the UK Millionaire Maker Prize (together the “Prizes”). A winner has the option of receiving a Cash Alternative instead of the Non–Cash Prize.
The Rules deal with the payment and award of the Prizes. For information about the Games (including how to play and win) see the Procedures.

The Non-Cash Prize – A Dream Trip to an Island Paradise

The Non-Cash Prize consists of:

Private luxury return transfers for You and Your three guests from Your home to the nearest International UK airport which flies to Seychelles International Airport.
Return business class flights for You and Your three guests to Seychelles International Airport. You must be one of the people travelling. Flights may be indirect depending on Your departure location.
Private return helicopter transfers for You and Your three guests from Seychelles International airport to Fregate Island Private.
Ten nights’ stay at Fregate Island Private for You and Your three guests. Fregate Island Private is classed as 5 star and is based on four people sharing a Private Pool Residence on an all-inclusive basis. In addition a drinks allowance of £25 per person per day will be provided. This will be given to You in the form of a cheque or bank transfer.
Whilst at Fregate Island Private, You and Your three guests will, subject to availability and weather conditions, all have access to the following activities:

A 3 hour Deep Sea Fishing excursion;
A 60 minute introductory scuba diving lesson (providing a swimming standard is met and You or Your guests have no medical conditions including but not limited to claustrophobia, asthma, high blood pressure or lung disease);
A 60 minute Welcome Massage;
An introductory morning yoga session at the Rock Spa;
Unlimited access to guided walks with a qualified ecologist;
Access to non-motorised water sports including sailing, windsurfing, sea kayaking and snorkelling from the island’s beaches; and
Access to sports equipment including mountain cycling, volleyball, badminton, bocce ball and tennis.

The Non–Cash Prize General Terms

The Non–Cash Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel must be booked at least two months before Your preferred travel dates and used by 28th April 2019. Travel excludes the Christmas and New Year Holiday period.
If You are under 18, You must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 for the duration of the trip and have the written permission of Your parents/guardians.
The Prize includes travel insurance for You and Your guest. The travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre–existing medical conditions need to be declared and may not be covered and in such event, You will be responsible for making and paying for any alternative insurance arrangements. No age restrictions apply.
If any of the advertised accommodations or destinations become unavailable for any reason, Camelot and/or its suppliers reserve the right to offer an alternative equivalent accommodation/destination.
All elements of the Non–Cash Prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of that element of the Non–Cash Prize including, for example, transfer companies.
Neither Camelot nor any of its suppliers shall have any responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of any third party providing services in respect of the fulfilment of the Non–Cash Prize.
You and Your guest must hold a valid passport at the time of travel. Non–UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they will need to arrange directly with the Embassy of the destination country. Costs for this visa will not be included in the Non–Cash Prize and so will need to be met by You or Your guest.
Camelot and its suppliers will not be held liable for any acts of God or events outside of its control.
At the date that You win the Non–Cash Prize You will be given a value for the Non–Cash Prize. If, between the time You win and the date of booking Your travel, the VAT rate increases or a third party(ies) supplying an element of the Non–Cash Prize increases its fees, then some elements of Your Non–Cash Prize may vary slightly as Your Non–Cash Prize will remain at the value originally communicated to You.
You acknowledge that the taking of the Non–Cash Prize is a contract between You and Camelot’s supplier(s) of the Non–Cash Prize, and is subject to any terms and conditions of those supplier(s).

Claiming Prizes

In order to claim Your Prizes, You must phone the National Lottery Line (if You played at a Retailer) or the Customer Care Team (if You played online including by Direct Debit) during the Claim Period and in line with the prize claim procedures and requirements set out in the Rules. Entitlement to the Prizes will be lost if they are not claimed by the deadline set out in the Rules. Prizes must be claimed in person so You will need to arrange an appointment with Camelot. If You are resident in the UK, the appointment can be at Your home, a Camelot Regional Centre (see addresses below), or at another location agreed by Camelot. If You are resident on the Isle of Man, appointments must be at a Camelot Regional Centre.
During the telephone call with the National Lottery Line or the Customer Care Team, You will be asked for certain information, including without limitation Your name, address, telephone number(s) and date of birth (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information will be used by Camelot and its suppliers in order to fulfil the Prizes.
During the appointment with the Camelot representative(s), You will be asked to complete a Prize Claim Form and, if You played at a Retailer, provide the Winning Ticket to the Camelot representative. You will also need to confirm the Personal Information given under paragraph 6 above.
Once Your claim has been successfully validated (in line with the requirements of the Rules, Procedures and these Game Specific Rules, and the Account Terms if You played online) Camelot will pay the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and Camelot’s suppliers will contact You to arrange fulfilment of the Non–Cash Prize. Where relevant You will need to provide personal details of those that will be making use of the Non–Cash Prize with You. If You decide to take the Non–Cash Prize instead of the Cash Alternative, Your decision will be final and will not be reversible. Part of the validation process will entail You deciding whether You wish to opt for publicity or remain anonymous.
If Your name, address or telephone number change, You must provide Camelot with satisfactory evidence of these changes. Camelot will not be liable if You suffer any kind of loss as a result of failing to inform, or delaying in informing, Camelot of any changes mentioned above.
If You wish to make changes to Your Non–Cash Prize after it has been booked/ordered, Camelot and its suppliers shall try and accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee the changes will be made. If making the changes results in Camelot or its suppliers incurring a fee, this fee will be payable by You unless otherwise indicated by Camelot.
Subject to paragraph 13, Prizes are strictly non–transferable.
If You do not take/make use of Your Non–Cash Prize by 28th April 2019 (or any other date communicated to You by Camelot) then You will lose Your entitlement to the Non–Cash Prize and will receive the Cash Alternative less any administration fees incurred by Camelot or its suppliers.
If a third party comes forward to Camelot during the Claim Period (or once the Prizes have been claimed) claiming that they are the legal representative of the Prize winner and are therefore entitled to receive the Prizes instead of or for the Prize winner (for example an executor of the deceased Prize winner’s estate), Camelot will withhold payment and/or award of the Prizes until it can establish who is properly entitled to receive the Prizes. Should Camelot establish entitlement to the Prizes, provided the requirements of the Games Specific Rules, Rules and the Procedures (and the Account Terms, if the Prize winner played online) have been met, the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative will be paid. In the event that the Non–Cash Prize has been booked/ordered, no Cash Alternative will be payable.

Non–residents of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man playing Retailers

If You played at a Retailer and You are not resident in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man when claiming Your Prizes, Camelot will pay You the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative. Camelot’s decision is final and binding in any dispute relating to whether You are or are not resident in the United Kingdom, or the Isle of Man.

General

All personal data provided to Camelot (including the Personal Information) will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “DPA”). Personal data will be held and used by Camelot for the purposes set out in these Terms. Personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area which may not have laws which offer similar protection to that offered under the DPA and by entering the Mega Week Draw You consent to such transfer and to the processing of Your personal data in such countries for the purposes set out in these Terms.
Camelot reserves the right to vary these Game Specific Rules at any time by serving notice on the Site.

Law

The relevant law for these Terms is English law, and any legal proceedings will be heard in the English courts.

Definitions

The following words and terms will have the meanings given to them below when used within these Terms (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

Camelot:: Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Cash Alternative:: An amount £93,800.00 which is equal to the price that Camelot has agreed to pay its supplier(s) for the Non–Cash Prize. This amount may be less than the consumer market value of the Non–Cash Prize.
Non–Cash Prize:: The non–cash prize available to be won in the Mega Week Draws, as defined in paragraph 4 of these Terms.
Procedures:: Either the Retail Procedures or the Online Procedures as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.
Rules:: Either the Retail Rules or the Online Rules as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.

UK Millionaire Maker Prize: £1,000,000 (one million pounds) or such other higher amount as may be advertised by Camelot from time to time.

The Non-Cash Prize consists of:

Private luxury return transfers for You and Your three (3) guests from Your home to the nearest International UK airport which flies to Pretoria, South Africa.
Return business class flights are for You and Your three (3) guests to Pretoria airport. You must be one of the people travelling. Flights may be indirect depending on Your departure location.
Return internal flights for You and Your three (3) guests from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. The internal flights will not necessarily be business class.
Return luxury private airport transfers for You and Your three (3) guests.
You and Your guests will receive a total of fifteen (15) nights in South Africa which may be used to create a customised itinerary or You can take the suggested itinerary detailed below:

Overnight accommodation for You and Your three (3) guests at The Sheraton, Pretoria which is classed as a 5 star hotel and is based on four people sharing two Diplomatic suites on a bed and breakfast basis for one (1) night.
Overnight accommodation for You and Your three (3) guests on the Blue Train based on four adults sharing two deluxe cabins with an ensuite bathroom on a full board basis for one (1) night.
Six (6) nights’ accommodation for You and Your three (3) guests at The Cape Grace Hotel, Cape Town which is classed as a 5 star hotel and is based on four people sharing a two Bedroom suite on a bed and breakfast basis.
Spa Treatments for You and You three (3) guests at Cape Grace Hotel's Spa includes a sixty (60) minute Swedish massage, sixty (60) minute pedicure, sixty (60) minute manicure with afternoon tea served in the Hot Spa area and ends with a sixty (60) minute facial of Your choice followed by a wash and blow–dry for four people. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
Four (4) nights' accommodation for You and Your three (3) guests at The Shamwari Game Reserve, Port Elizabeth which is classed as a 5 star Game Reserve and is based on four people sharing two rooms at the Bayethe Tented Lodge or two rooms at the Riverdene Family Lodge (Your choice) on a full board basis. Please note that this does not include drinks outside main meals.
During Your stay at The Shamwari Game Reserve You will enjoy: two (2) Safari Game Drives per day; local beverages on the Game Drives; guided walks across safari land; and visits to the Educational Centres and Shamwari’s rehabilitation centre.
Three (3) nights’ accommodation for You and Your three (3) guests at The Delaire Graff Estate Stellenbosch winelands which is classed as a 5 star Hotel and is based on four people sharing a Presidential Lodge on a bed and breakfast basis.
Delaire Graff wine tasting with canapés in the comfort of Your lodge; wine tasting session for You and Your three guests with a professional sommelier; £5,000 to spend at the Graff Diamond Boutique; and two (2) cases of the Graff wine of Your choosing to bring home.
A private helicopter ride lasting approximately forty–five (45) minutes (dependent on weather conditions on the day and subject to availability).

Shipping of Your cases of wine to one (1) UK address.
UK Import VAT and Customs Duty for the wine and diamonds will be given to You prior to travel to ensure that You have the funds ready to pay directly to the customs agents at Heathrow Airport on their return.
£5000 for the Graff diamond will be given to You in the form of a voucher for the Graff Diamond Boutique.
Breakfast is included in all hotel stays. Lunch and dinner will be provided in the form of an allowance based on £50.00 per person for lunch and £100.00 per person for dinner. Allowance will be given to the You as a personal cheque or bank transfer.

The Non–Cash Prize General Terms

If You played at a Retailer and You are not resident in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man when claiming Your Prizes, Camelot will pay You the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative. Camelot’s decision is final and binding in any dispute relating to whether You are or are not resident in the United Kingdom, or the Isle of Man.

General

Game Specific Rules for the UK Millionaire Maker the Ultimate Hawaiian Adventure ‘Mega Week’ Draw on Tuesday 21^st February 2017 and Friday 24^th February 2017

These Game Specific Rules (the “Game Specific Rules”) apply when You play EuroMillions and the UK Millionaire Maker (the “Games”) for the UK Millionaire Maker Mega Week Draws taking place on Tuesday 21^st February and Friday 24^th February 2017 (the “Mega Week Draws”). These Game Specific Rules apply in addition to the following documents (depending on how You play):

if You play at a Retailer, the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played at Retailers (the “Retail Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Retail Game Procedures (the “Retail Procedures”) apply; and
if You play online (including by Direct Debit), the Account Terms if You play via Your Account (or Pingit User Account Terms if You play via Your Pingit Account), the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played Online (the “Online Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Online Game Procedures (the “Online Procedures”) apply.

If there is any conflict between these documents, the Rules will take priority, followed by the Procedures and the Retail Rules or Online Rules as appropriate, (and the Account Terms and/or the Pingit User Account Terms, as appropriate), unless the Rules say otherwise.

The Mega Week Draws

If You buy a EuroMillions ticket for the draw on Tuesday 21^st February and/or Friday 24^th February 2017, You will automatically be entered into one or both of the Mega Week Draws.
There are three (3) prizes available to be won on the draw on Tuesday 21^st February 2017 and three (3) prizes available to be won on the draw on Friday 24^th February 2017, each prize consisting of the Non–Cash Prize and the UK Millionaire Maker Prize (together the “Prizes”). A winner has the option of receiving a Cash Alternative instead of the Non–Cash Prize.
The Rules deal with the payment and award of the Prizes. For information about the Games (including how to play and win) see the Procedures.

The Non-Cash Prize – The Ultimate Hawaiian Adventure

The Non-Cash Prize consists of:

Private luxury return transfers for You and Your guest from Your home to the nearest International UK airport which flies to Honolulu.
Return business class flights for You and Your guest to Honolulu airport. You must be one of the people travelling and either You or Your guest must be over the age of 21. Flights may be indirect depending on Your departure location.
Internal flights for You and Your guest between the below mentioned Hawaiian Islands will be provided. The internal flights will not necessarily be business class.
Return luxury private airport transfers for You and Your guest.
Sixteen (16) nights’ in Hawaii from which You can create a customised itinerary or You can take the suggested itinerary detailed below:

Three (3) nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the 5 star Four Season’s Hotel, Ko Olina, Oahu, based on You and Your guest sharing a ocean front one bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis for three (3) nights.
Three (3) nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the 5 star Grand Hyatt Kauai Hotel, Kauai, based on You and Your guest sharing a deluxe suite with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis for three (3) nights.
Three (3) nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the 5 star Four Season’s Hotel, Hualalai, Big Island, based on You and Your guest sharing an ocean view suite with an ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis for three (3) nights.
Four (4) nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the 5 star Four Season’s Hotel, Wailea, Maui based on You and Your guest sharing an ocean prime view suite with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis for four (4) nights.
Three (3) nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the 5 star Four Season’s Hotel, Lanai based on You and Your guest sharing an ocean front suite with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis for three (3) nights.

A personal shopping beach makeover for You and Your guest in Oahu. The makeover will last approximately six (6) hours. The shopping spending money and VAT tax allowance will be given to You either as a personal cheque or transfer. In the event that You choose not to travel to Oahu, NDL will source a similar activity at an equal value in an alternative location subject to availability.

A private custom jeep for You and Your guest in Kauai. The jeep tour lasts approximately six (6) hours and is subject to availability. You will have a choice of a North and East shores custom tour or a South West Tour. In the event that You choose not to travel to Kauai, NDL will source a similar activity at an equal value in an alternative location subject to availability.

A private Lual dinner on Big Island for You and Your guest based on a three course meal from the A La Carte menu including ½ bottle of champagne and mineral water. The private Luai Dinner is subject to availability. In the event that You choose not to travel to Big Island, NDL will source a similar activity at an equal value in an alternative location subject to availability.

A custom boat tour for You and Your guest on Big Island. The boat tour lasts approximately four and half hours and is dependent on weather conditions on the day and is subject to availability. In the event that You choose not to travel to Big Island, NDL will source a similar activity at an equal value in an alternative location subject to availability.

A private surf lesson for You and Your guest lasting approximately ninety (90) minutes, dependent on weather conditions on the day and subject to availability. Please note that the minimum age for this activity is 7 years old at the time of travel.

A private helicopter ride for You and Your guest lasting approximately 70 minutes, dependent on weather conditions on the day and subject to availability. Due to FAA regulations, all passengers and bags must be weighed at check-in as the helicopter takes a maximum weight of 1050lbs (476 kg). In the event that this service is not available or You do not travel to Maui, NDL will source a similar activity at an equal value at the Your location subject to availability.

Breakfast is included in all hotel stays. Lunch and dinner will be provided in the form of an allowance based on £50.00 per person for lunch and £100.00 per person for dinner. Allowance will be given to the You either as a personal cheque or bank transfer.

The Non–Cash Prize General Terms

The Non–Cash Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel must be booked at least two months before Your preferred travel dates and used by 22^nd February 2019. Travel excludes the Christmas and New Year Holiday period.
If You are under 21, You must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the trip and have the written permission of Your parents/guardians.
The Prize includes travel insurance for You and Your guest. The travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre–existing medical conditions need to be declared and may not be covered and in such event, You will be responsible for making and paying for any alternative insurance arrangements. No age restrictions apply.
If any of the advertised accommodations or destinations become unavailable for any reason, Camelot and/or its suppliers reserve the right to offer an alternative equivalent accommodation/destination.
All elements of the Non–Cash Prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of that element of the Non–Cash Prize including, for example, transfer companies.
Neither Camelot nor any of its suppliers shall have any responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of any third party providing services in respect of the fulfilment of the Non–Cash Prize.
You and Your guest must hold a valid passport at the time of travel. Non–UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they will need to arrange directly with the Embassy of the destination country. Costs for this visa will not be included in the Non–Cash Prize and so will need to be met by You or Your guest.
For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
Camelot and its suppliers will not be held liable for any acts of God or events outside of its control.
At the date that You win the Non-Cash Prize You will be given a value for the Non-Cash Prize. If, between the time You win and the date of booking Your travel, the VAT rate increases or a third party(ies) supplying an element of the Non-Cash Prize increases its fees, then some elements of Your Non-Cash Prize may vary slightly as Your Non-Cash Prize will remain at the value originally communicated to You.
You acknowledge that the taking of the Non-Cash Prize is a contract between You and Camelot’s supplier(s) of the Non-Cash Prize, and is subject to any terms and conditions of those supplier(s).

Claiming Prizes

In order to claim Your Prizes, You must phone the National Lottery Line (if You played at a Retailer) or the Customer Care Team (if You played online including by Direct Debit) during the Claim Period and in line with the prize claim procedures and requirements set out in the Rules. Entitlement to the Prizes will be lost if they are not claimed by the deadline set out in the Rules. Prizes must be claimed in person so You will need to arrange an appointment with Camelot. If You are resident in the UK, the appointment can be at Your home, a Camelot Regional Centre (see addresses below), or at another location agreed by Camelot. If You are resident on the Isle of Man, appointments must be at a Camelot Regional Centre.
During the telephone call with the National Lottery Line or the Customer Care Team, You will be asked for certain information, including without limitation Your name, address, telephone number(s) and date of birth (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information will be used by Camelot and its suppliers in order to fulfil the Prizes
During the appointment with the Camelot representative(s), You will be asked to complete a Prize Claim Form and, if You played at a Retailer, provide the Winning Ticket to the Camelot representative. You will also need to confirm the Personal Information given under paragraph 6 above.
Once Your claim has been successfully validated (in line with the requirements of the Rules, Procedures and these Game Specific Rules, and the Account Terms if You played online) Camelot will pay the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and Camelot’s suppliers will contact You to arrange fulfilment of the Non-Cash Prize. Where relevant You will need to provide personal details of those that will be making use of the Non-Cash Prize with You. If You decide to take the Non-Cash Prize instead of the Cash Alternative, Your decision will be final and will not be reversible. Part of the validation process will entail You deciding whether You wish to opt for publicity or remain anonymous.
If Your name, address or telephone number change, You must provide Camelot with satisfactory evidence of these changes. Camelot will not be liable if You suffer any kind of loss as a result of failing to inform, or delaying in informing, Camelot of any changes mentioned above.
If You wish to make changes to Your Non-Cash Prize after it has been booked/ordered, Camelot and its suppliers shall try and accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee the changes will be made. If making the changes results in Camelot or its suppliers incurring a fee, this fee will be payable by You unless otherwise indicated by Camelot.
Subject to paragraph 13, Prizes are strictly non-transferable.
If You do not take/make use of Your Non-Cash Prize by 22^nd February 2019 (or any other date communicated to You by Camelot) then You will lose Your entitlement to the Non-Cash Prize and will receive the Cash Alternative less any administration fees incurred by Camelot or its suppliers
If a third party comes forward to Camelot during the Claim Period (or once the Prizes have been claimed) claiming that they are the legal representative of the Prize winner and are therefore entitled to receive the Prizes instead of or for the Prize winner (for example an executor of the deceased Prize winner’s estate), Camelot will withhold payment and/or award of the Prizes until it can establish who is properly entitled to receive the Prizes. Should Camelot establish entitlement to the Prizes, provided the requirements of the Games Specific Rules, Rules and the Procedures (and the Account Terms, if the Prize winner played online) have been met, the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative will be paid. In the event that the Non-Cash Prize has been booked/ordered, no Cash Alternative will be payable

Non–residents of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man playing Retailers

If You played at a Retailer and You are not resident in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man when claiming Your Prizes, Camelot will pay You the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative. Camelot’s decision is final and binding in any dispute relating to whether You are or are not resident in the United Kingdom, or the Isle of Man.

General

All personal data provided to Camelot (including the Personal Information) will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “DPA”). Personal data will be held and used by Camelot for the purposes set out in these Terms. Personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area which may not have laws which offer similar protection to that offered under the DPA and by entering the Mega Week Draw You consent to such transfer and to the processing of Your personal data in such countries for the purposes set out in these Terms.
Camelot reserves the right to vary these Game Specific Rules at any time by serving notice on the Site.

Law

The relevant law for these Terms is English law, and any legal proceedings will be heard in the English courts.

Definitions

The following words and terms will have the meanings given to them below when used within these Terms (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

Camelot:: Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Cash Alternative:: An amount £93,000.00 which is equal to the price that Camelot has agreed to pay its supplier(s) for the Non–Cash Prize. This amount may be less than the consumer market value of the Non–Cash Prize.
Non–Cash Prize:: The non–cash prize available to be won in the Mega Week Draws, as defined in paragraph 4 of these Terms.
Procedures:: Either the Retail Procedures or the Online Procedures as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.
Rules:: Either the Retail Rules or the Online Rules as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.

UK Millionaire Maker Prize: £1,000,000 (one million pounds) or such other higher amount as may be advertised by Camelot from time to time.

Return luxury transfers for You and Your guest from the airport to Your hotel. The mode of transport will depend on Your chosen destination and will be by car or seaplane and will not necessarily be private.
You will have a choice of 14 nights’ stay at one of three locations set out below. All hotels are 5 star hotels.
Option 1:14 nights’accommodation for You and Your guest at the W Retreat, Koh Samui, Thailand sharing a beach front room with a private pool on a bed and breakfast basis.
Option 2:14 nights’accommodation for You and Your guest at The Hanging Gardens at Bali Resort sharing a panoramic villa suite with a private terrace infinity pool on a bed and breakfast basis.
Option 3:14 nights'accommodation for You and Your guest at the Jumeirah Dhevanafushi Resort, Maldives sharing a beach revive villa with a private plunge pool on a bed and breakfast basis.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included for You and Your guest for the duration of Your trip. Meals are provided either in the form of a meal (as set out above) or, alternatively, You and Your guest will receive an allowance based on £50 for lunch per person and £100 per person for dinner. Game Specific Rules for the UK Millionaire Maker Zermatt Winter Escape ‘Mega Week’ Draws on Tuesday 20^th December 2016 and Friday 23^rd December 2016

These Game Specific Rules (the “Game Specific Rules”) apply when You play EuroMillions and the UK Millionaire Maker (the “Games”) for the UK Millionaire Maker Mega Week Draws taking place on Tuesday 20^th December and Friday 23^rd December 2016 (the “Mega Week Draws”). These Game Specific Rules apply in addition to the following documents (depending on how You play):

if You play at a Retailer, the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played at Retailers (the “Retail Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Retail Game Procedures (the “Retail Procedures”) apply; and
if You play online (including by Direct Debit), the Account Terms if You play via Your Account (or Pingit User Account Terms if You play via Your Pingit Account), the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played Online (the “Online Rules”) and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Online Game Procedures (the “Online Procedures”) apply.

If there is any conflict between these documents, the Rules will take priority, followed by the Procedures and the Retail Rules or Online Rules as appropriate, (and the Account Terms and/or the Pingit User Account Terms, as appropriate), unless the Rules say otherwise.

The Mega Week Draws

If You buy a EuroMillions ticket for the draw on Tuesday 20^th December and/or Friday 23^rd December 2016, You will automatically be entered into the corresponding Mega Week Draw(s).
There are five (5) prizes available to be won on the draw on Tuesday 20^th December 2016 and five (5) prizes available to be won on the draw on Friday 23^rd December 2016, each prize consisting of the Non–Cash Prize and the UK Millionaire Maker Prize (together the “Prizes”). A winner has the option of receiving a Cash Alternative instead of the Non–Cash Prize.
The Rules deal with the payment and award of the Prizes. For information about the Games (including how to play and win) see the Procedures.

The Non–Cash Prize – Zermatt Winter Escape

The Non–Cash Prize consists of:
- Return private luxury transfers from Your home for You and Your seven guests (totalling 8 people – 4 adults and 4 children) from Your home to the nearest International UK Airport which operates business class flights to Geneva or Zurich.
- Return business class flights for You and Your seven guests (totalling 8 people – 4 adults and 4 children) from the UK to Your choice of either Geneva or Zurich. You must be one of the people travelling. Flights may be indirect depending on Your location. Children must be aged 16 years or younger at the time of travel.
- Return luxury transfers for You and Your guests from the airport to the luxury Zermatt chalet. You and Your guests may be required to change vehicles at Täsch as Zermatt is a car–free resort.
- Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for You and Your seven guests (totalling 8 people – 4 adults and 4 children) at a luxury Zermatt chalet on a full board basis for seven nights, including:
- The chalet features two twin / double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a balcony. There is one quad bunk room with en–suite shower room.
- A custom itinerary for You and Your guests from Your choice of the following premium activities, up to the total value of £5000: skiing, heli–skiing, Gornergrat railway rides, zip lining, private helicopter flights, paragliding, dirt scooter riding, mountain biking, hiking, ice skating, Ice curling, tobogganing, golf (not possible in winter season), mountain climbing, tours of the Matterhorn Brewery, cable car rides. Activities available at Zermatt are subject to availability at the time of the booking and some activities are seasonal.
- Travel insurance for You and Your guests Children must be aged 16 years or younger at the time of travel.
The Non–Cash Prize General Terms
- The Non–Cash Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel must be booked at least one month before Your preferred travel dates and used by 22^nd December 2018. Travel excludes the Christmas and New Year Holiday period.
- If You are under 18, You must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the trip and have the written permission of Your parents/guardians.
- Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
- The Prize includes travel insurance (including cover for winter sports) for You and Your guests. The travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions need to be declared and may not be covered and in such event, You will be responsible for making and paying for any alternative insurance arrangements. No age restrictions apply.
- If any of the advertised accommodations or destinations become unavailable for any reason, Camelot and/or its suppliers reserve the right to offer an alternative equivalent accommodation/destination.
- All elements of the Non–Cash Prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of that element of the Non–Cash Prize including, for example, transfer companies.
- Neither Camelot nor any of its suppliers shall have any responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of any third party providing services in respect of the fulfilment of the Non–Cash Prize.
- You and Your guest must hold a valid passport at the time of travel. Non–UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they will need to arrange directly with the Embassy of the destination country. Costs for this visa will not be included in the Non-Cash Prize and so will need to be met by You or Your guest.
- Camelot and its suppliers will not be held liable for any acts of God or events outside of its control.
- At the date that You win the Non–Cash Prize You will be given a value for the Non–Cash Prize. If, between the time You win and the date of booking Your travel, the VAT rate increases or a third party(ies) supplying an element of the Non–Cash Prize increases its fees, then some elements of Your Non–Cash Prize may vary slightly as Your Non–Cash Prize will remain at the value originally communicated to You.
- You acknowledge that the taking of the Non–Cash Prize is a contract between You and Camelot’s supplier(s) of the Non–Cash Prize, and is subject to any terms and conditions of those supplier(s).

Claiming Prizes

In order to claim Your Prizes, You must phone the National Lottery Line (if You played at a Retailer) or the Customer Care Team (if You played online including by Direct Debit) during the Claim Period and in line with the prize claim procedures and requirements set out in the Rules. Entitlement to the Prizes will be lost if they are not claimed by the deadline set out in the Rules. Prizes must be claimed in person so You will need to arrange an appointment with Camelot. If You are resident in the UK, the appointment can be at Your home, a Camelot Regional Centre (see addresses below), or at another location agreed by Camelot. If You are resident on the Isle of Man, appointments must be at a Camelot Regional Centre.
During the telephone call with the National Lottery Line or the Customer Care Team, You will be asked for certain information, including without limitation Your name, address, telephone number(s) and date of birth (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information will be used by Camelot and its suppliers in order to fulfil the Prizes.
During the appointment with the Camelot representative(s), You will be asked to complete a Prize Claim Form and, if You played at a Retailer, provide the Winning Ticket to the Camelot representative. You will also need to confirm the Personal Information given under paragraph 6 above.
Once Your claim has been successfully validated (in line with the requirements of the Rules, Procedures and these Game Specific Rules, and the Account Terms if You played online) Camelot will pay the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and Camelot’s suppliers will contact You to arrange fulfilment of the Non–Cash Prize. Where relevant You will need to provide personal details of those that will be making use of the Non–Cash Prize with You. If You decide to take the Non–Cash Prize instead of the Cash Alternative, Your decision will be final and will not be reversible. Part of the validation process will entail You deciding whether You wish to opt for publicity or remain anonymous.
If Your name, address or telephone number change, You must provide Camelot with satisfactory evidence of these changes. Camelot will not be liable if You suffer any kind of loss as a result of failing to inform, or delaying in informing, Camelot of any changes mentioned above.
If You wish to make changes to Your Non–Cash Prize after it has been booked/ordered, Camelot and its suppliers shall try and accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee the changes will be made. If making the changes results in Camelot or its suppliers incurring a fee, this fee will be payable by You unless otherwise indicated by Camelot.
Subject to paragraph 13, Prizes are strictly non–transferable.
If You do not take/make use of Your Non–Cash Prize by 22^nd December 2018 (or any other date communicated to You by Camelot) then You will lose Your entitlement to the Non–Cash Prize and will receive the Cash Alternative less any administration fees incurred by Camelot or its suppliers.
If a third party comes forward to Camelot during the Claim Period (or once the Prizes have been claimed) claiming that they are the legal representative of the Prize winner and are therefore entitled to receive the Prizes instead of or for the Prize winner (for example an executor of the deceased Prize winner’s estate), Camelot will withhold payment and/or award of the Prizes until it can establish who is properly entitled to receive the Prizes. Should Camelot establish entitlement to the Prizes, provided the requirements of the Games Specific Rules, Rules and the Procedures (and the Account Terms, if the Prize winner played online) have been met, the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative will be paid. In the event that the Non–Cash Prize has been booked/ordered, no Cash Alternative will be payable.

Non–residents of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man playing at Retailers

If You played at a Retailer and You are not resident in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man when claiming Your Prizes, Camelot will pay You the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative. Camelot’s decision is final and binding in any dispute relating to whether You are or are not resident in the United Kingdom, or the Isle of Man.

General

All personal data provided to Camelot (including the Personal Information) will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “DPA”). Personal data will be held and used by Camelot for the purposes set out in these Terms. Personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area which may not have laws which offer similar protection to that offered under the DPA and by entering the Mega Week Draws You consent to such transfer and to the processing of Your personal data in such countries for the purposes set out in these Terms.
Camelot reserves the right to vary these Game Specific Rules at any time by serving notice on the Site.

Law

The relevant law for these Terms is English law, and any legal proceedings will be heard in the English courts.

- Return business class flights for You and Your guest to New York. You must be one of the people travelling. Flights might be indirect depending on your departure location.
- Return luxury transfers for You and Your guest from JF Kennedy International Airport to the Park Hyatt, New York.
- Seven nights’ accommodation for You and Your guest at the Park Hyatt, New York, based on two adults sharing a West Side suite on a bed and breakfast basis.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included for You and Your guest for the duration of Your trip. Meals are provided either in the form of a meal (as set out above) or alternatively You and Your guest will receive an allowance based on £50 for lunch per person and £100 per person for dinner. This will be provided by personal cheque or bank transfer at Your discretion.
- A personal shopping experience for You and Your guest at Bloomingdales in New York with $5,000 spending money (in total) for You and Your guest. There will be a pre–consultation in advance of the shopping trip to ensure that Your chosen products are available.
- An allowance to cover customs duty and VAT incurred from your personal shopping experience excluding alcoholic and tobacco products.
- Premium seats to the Aladdin Broadway show, subject to availability. In the event that You would like to watch an alternative Broadway show, alternative shows with tickets of an equivalent value will be offered. This does not include sold out events.
- VIP Skating Tickets to the Rockefeller Center for You and Your guest, subject to availability.
- A Statue of Liberty cruise, lasting approx. forty minutes, for You and Your guest, subject to availability at time of booking;
- A panoramic helicopter tour of New York, lasting approx. 20 minutes, for You and Your guest,
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included for You and Your guest for the duration of Your trip. For lunch and dinner where not otherwise stated winners will receive an allowance based on £50.00 per person for lunch and £100.00 per person for dinner. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

September's Mega Week 2016

Game Specific Rules for the UK Millionaire Maker 100 Millionaire Days Around the World 'Mega Week' Draw on Tuesday 27^th September 2016

These Game Specific Rules (the "Game Specific Rules") apply when You play EuroMillions and the UK Millionaire Maker (the "Games") for the UK Millionaire Maker Mega Week Draw taking place on Tuesday 27^th September (the "Mega Week Draw"). These Game Specific Rules apply in addition to the following documents (depending on how You play):

if You play at a Retailer, the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played at Retailers (the "Retail Rules") and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Retail Game Procedures (the "Retail Procedures") apply; and
if You play online (including by Direct Debit), the Account Terms if You play via Your Account (or Pingit User Account Terms if You play via Your Pingit Account), the Rules for Draw–Based Games Played Online (the "Online Rules") and the EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Online Game Procedures (the "Online Procedures") apply.

If there is any conflict between these documents, the Rules will take priority, followed by the Procedures and the Retail Rules or Online Rules as appropriate, (and the Account Terms and/or the Pingit User Account Terms, as appropriate), unless the Rules say otherwise.

The Mega Week Draw

If You buy a EuroMillions ticket for the draw on Tuesday 27^th September 2016, You will be automatically entered into the Mega Week Draw.
There are ten (10) prizes available to be won in the Mega Week Draw on Tuesday 27^th September 2016, each prize consisting of the Non–Cash Prize and the UK Millionaire Maker Prize (together the "Prizes"). A winner has the option of receiving a Cash Alternative instead of the Non–Cash Prize.
The Rules deal with the payment and award of the Prizes. For information about the Games (including how to play and win) see the Procedures.

The Non–Cash Prize – 100 Millionaire Days Around The World

The Non–Cash Prize comprises of either a 100 day continuous trip around the World for You and Your guest or, up to a maximum of seven separate trips totalling no more than 100 days to up to seven (7) destinations of Your choice or You can choose from one of the two suggested itineraries below.

Itinerary one:
- The first suggested itinerary includes the following locations: Venice, Italy; Amalfi Coast, Italy; Cape Town, South Africa; Male, Maldives; Auckland, New Zealand; Christchurch, New Zealand; Bora Bora, Tahiti, Los Angeles, USA and Mexico City, Mexico.
- The second suggested itinerary includes the following locations; Sugar Beach, St Lucia; New York, USA; Hawaii, USA; Sydney, Australia; Manilla, Philippines, Tokyo, Japan and Bangkok, Thailand.
- Return transfers for You and Your guest from Your home to the nearest international airport which flies to each of Your chosen destinations.
- Return business class flights for You and Your guest from a UK airport to Your seven chosen destinations will be provided throughout Your trip.
- You are able to transfer parts of your trip to another person, provided that You must be traveling for at least 21 days of the duration of the Non–Cash Prize and provided that such other person complies with all eligibility requirements set out in these Game Specific Rules (and any other requirements which Camelot may reasonably impose.
- Internal flights, where required, will be provided for You and Your guest. Internal flights will be in economy class where no business class cabin is available.
- Hotel accommodation for You and Your guest at each of Your seven chosen destinations. All hotels are classed as 5 star and are based on two people sharing a twin or double room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
- Luxury transfers for You and Your guest will be provided in each destination.
- Tailored activities for You and Your guest will be provided in each of Your seven chosen destinations, up to a maximum value of £1,000 per person per location. All activities will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
- For the duration of Your trip, You and Your guest will receive an allowance of £50 each for lunch and £100 each for dinner. These allowances will be given to You in the form of a cheque or bank transfer.
The Non–Cash Prize General Terms
- The Non‐Cash Prize must be booked by 28^th September 2018 and regardless of whether You choose to opt for the continuous trip around the World trip or up to a maximum of seven separate trips, all travel must be completed by 26^th September 2020.
- The Non–Cash Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel must be booked at least two months before Your preferred travel dates and before 28^th September 2018. All travel must be completed by 26^th September 2020. Travel excludes the Christmas and New Year Holiday period.
- If You are under 18, You must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the trip and have the written permission of Your parents/guardians.
- The Prize includes travel insurance for You and Your guests. The travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre–existing medical conditions need to be declared and may not be covered and in such event You will be responsible for making and paying for any alternative insurance arrangements. No age restrictions apply.
- You are responsible for any wilful or negligent damage to the hotel(s) or any other areas of the hotel(s) caused by You or Your Guests.
- If any of the advertised accommodations or destinations become unavailable for any reason, Camelot and/or its suppliers reserve the right to offer an alternative equivalent accommodation/destination.
- All elements of the Non–Cash Prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of that element of the Non–Cash Prize including, for example, transfer companies.
- Neither Camelot nor any of its suppliers shall have any responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of any third party providing services in respect of the fulfilment of the Non–Cash Prize.
- You and Your guest must hold a valid passport at the time of travel. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they will need to arrange directly with the Embassy of the destination country. Costs for this visa will not be included in the Non–Cash Prize and so will need to be met by You or Your guest.
- For all trips to the USA, non–US passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which must be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the responsibility of You and Your guest to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the USA. Approval is at the sole discretion of the US border control.
- Camelot and its suppliers will not be held liable for any acts of God or events outside of its control.
- At the date that You win the Non–Cash Prize You will be given a value for the Non–Cash Prize. If, between the time You win and the date of booking Your travel, the VAT rate increases or a third party(ies) supplying an element of the Non–Cash Prize increases its fees, then some elements of Your Non–Cash Prize may vary slightly as Your Non–Cash Prize will remain at the value originally communicated to You.
- You acknowledge that the taking of the Non–Cash Prize is a contract between You and Camelot's supplier(s) of the Non–Cash Prize, and is subject to any terms and conditions of those supplier(s).
- All travel will be operated by NDL Travel Limited under ATOL licence number 5475.

Claiming Prizes

In order to claim Your Prizes, You must phone the National Lottery Line (if You played at a Retailer) or the Customer Care Team (if You played online including by Direct Debit) during the Claim Period and in line with the prize claim procedures and requirements set out in the Rules. Entitlement to the Prizes will be lost if they are not claimed by the deadline set out in the Rules. Prizes must be claimed in person so You will need to arrange an appointment with Camelot. If You are resident in the UK, the appointment can be at Your home, a Camelot Regional Centre (see addresses below), or at another location agreed by Camelot. If You are resident on the Isle of Man, appointments must be at a Camelot Regional Centre.
During the telephone call with the National Lottery Line or the Customer Care Team, You will be asked for certain information, including without limitation Your name, address, telephone number(s) and date of birth ("Personal Information"). The Personal Information will be used by Camelot and its suppliers in order to fulfil the Prizes.
During the appointment with the Camelot representative(s), You will be asked to complete a Prize Claim Form and, if You played at a Retailer, provide the Winning Ticket to the Camelot representative. You will also need to confirm the Personal Information given under paragraph 6 above.
Once Your claim has been successfully validated (in line with the requirements of the Rules, Procedures and these Game Specific Rules, and the Account Terms if You played online) Camelot will pay the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and Camelot's suppliers will contact You to arrange fulfilment of the Non–Cash Prize. Where relevant You will need to provide personal details of those that will be making use of the Non–Cash Prize with You. If You decide to take the Non–Cash Prize instead of the Cash Alternative, Your decision will be final and will not be reversible. Part of the validation process will entail You deciding whether You wish to opt for publicity or remain anonymous.
If Your name, address or telephone number change, You must provide Camelot with satisfactory evidence of these changes. Camelot will not be liable if You suffer any kind of loss as a result of failing to inform, or delaying in informing, Camelot of any changes mentioned above.
If You wish to make changes to Your Non–Cash Prize after it has been booked/ordered, Camelot and its suppliers shall try and accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee the changes will be made. If making the changes results in Camelot or its suppliers incurring a fee, this fee will be payable by You unless otherwise indicated by Camelot.
Subject to paragraph 13, the UK Millionaire Maker Prize is strictly non–transferable. The Non–Cash prize may be transferred to another person, provided that You must be travelling for at least 21 days of the duration of the Non–Cash Prize and, provided that such other person complies with all eligibility requirements set out in these Game Specific Rules (and any other requirements which Camelot may reasonably impose.
If You do not take/make use of Your Non–Cash Prize by 26^th September 2020 (or any other date communicated to You by Camelot) then You will lose Your entitlement to the Non–Cash Prize and will receive the Cash Alternative less any administration fees incurred by Camelot or its suppliers.
If a third party comes forward to Camelot during the Claim Period (or once the Prizes have been claimed) claiming that they are the legal representative of the Prize winner and are therefore entitled to receive the Prizes instead of or for the Prize winner (for example an executor of the deceased Prize winner's estate), Camelot will withhold payment and/or award of the Prizes until it can establish who is properly entitled to receive the Prizes. Should Camelot establish entitlement to the Prizes, provided the requirements of the Games Specific Rules, Rules and the Procedures (and the Account Terms, if the Prize winner played online) have been met, the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative will be paid. In the event that the Non–Cash Prize has been booked/ordered, no Cash Alternative will be payable.

Non–residents of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man playing at Retailers

If You played at a Retailer and You are not resident in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man when claiming Your Prizes, Camelot will pay You the UK Millionaire Maker Prize and the Cash Alternative. Camelot's decision is final and binding in any dispute relating to whether You are or are not resident in the United Kingdom, or the Isle of Man.

General

All personal data provided to Camelot (including the Personal Information) will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "DPA"). Personal data will be held and used by Camelot for the purposes set out in these Terms. Personal data may be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area which may not have laws which offer similar protection to that offered under the DPA and by entering the Mega Week Draw You consent to such transfer and to the processing of Your personal data in such countries for the purposes set out in these Terms.
Camelot reserves the right to vary these Game Specific Rules at any time by serving notice on the Site.

Law

The relevant law for these Terms is English law, and any legal proceedings will be heard in the English courts.

Definitions

The following words and terms will have the meanings given to them below when used within these Terms (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

Camelot:: Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Cash Alternative:: An amount £248,880.00 which is equal to the price that Camelot has agreed to pay its supplier(s) for the Non–Cash Prize. This amount may be less than the consumer market value of the Non–Cash Prize.
Non–Cash Prize:: The non–cash prize available to be won in the Mega Week Draw, as defined in paragraph 4 of these Terms.
Procedures:: Either the Retail Procedures or the Online Procedures as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.
Rules:: Either the Retail Rules or the Online Rules as appropriate based on where the Games are or were played.
Site:: The website national–lottery.co.uk
UK Millionaire Maker Prize: £1,000,000 (one million pounds) or such other higher amount as may be advertised by Camelot from time to time.
You/Your:: A member of the public who is eligible to buy an entry for the Games, and who buys or otherwise acquires an entry in accordance with these Game Specific Rules, the Procedures and the Rules.
