These are the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”) for £25 Million Cash Bonanza (the “Game”). When You play the Game, these Procedures, the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games ("the Rules") and the Account Terms apply. The Rules and Account Terms can be found on the National Lottery website.

Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Camelot's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You are presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, a PLAY button and the messages: 'CHANCE TO WIN A TOP PRIZE OF £1 MILLION', '3 GAMES TO PLAY' and '£25 MILLION IN PRIZES TO BE WON!' You must select the PLAY button to continue.

On doing so, You will be presented with a box containing 6 squares, each square displaying a motif and the messages: 'REVEAL YOUR NUMBERS' and 'CLICK TO REVEAL 5 FROM 6.' You must select 5 of the 6 squares. On doing so, the squares You have chosen will each animate and reveal a number (the "Your Numbers"). A PLAY button will then appear below Your Numbers, which You must select to continue.

On doing so, the Game Play Window will change and You will be presented with the Game 1 Screen.

Game 1

Your Numbers will be displayed at the top of the Game 1 Screen. Below Your Numbers is a box consisting of 15 motifs and the instruction 'GAME 1: Match one number with any of YOUR NUMBERS to win PRIZE' (the "Game 1 Box"). Under the Game 1 Box motifs is a box labelled 'TOTAL WIN' (the "Total Win Box").

You must select all 15 motifs. On selecting a motif, that motif will animate and reveal a number (a "Game 1 Number") and a prize amount. If You reveal a Game 1 Number that matches any of Your Numbers, that Game 1 Number and corresponding prize amount will highlight orange to indicate You have won that prize amount. That prize amount will then be added to the Total Win Box to indicate that You have won this amount so far in Your Play. Once You have selected all 15 motifs and revealed all 15 Game 1 Numbers, a button will appear to the right of the Game 1 Box displaying the message 'GO TO GAME 2'. You must select this button to continue Your Play.

On doing so, the Game Play Window will change and You will be presented with the Game 2 Screen.

Game 2

Your Numbers will be displayed at the top of the Game 2 Screen. Below Your Numbers is a panel containing 6 rows, each row contains 2

motifs and the word PRIZE (the "Game 2 Panel"). Below the Game 2 Panel is the instruction: 'GAME 2: Match two numbers in a ROW with any of YOUR NUMBERS to win PRIZE'. Under the Game 2 Panel is the Total Win Box containing the Prize Amount You have won so far during Your Play.

You must select one of the motifs or the word PRIZE in each row. On selecting a or the word PRIZE in a row, each motif will animate to reveal a number (a "Game 2 Number") and the word PRIZE will animate to reveal a prize amount. If You reveal two Game 2 Numbers in a row that match any of Your Numbers, those Game 2 Numbers and corresponding prize amount will highlight orange to indicate You have won that prize amount. That prize amount will then be added to the Total Win Box.

Once You have selected both of the motifs or the word PRIZE in each of the rows and revealed all Game 2 Numbers, a button will appear to the right of the Game 2 Box displaying the message 'GO TO GAME 3'. You must select this button to continue Your Play.

On doing so, the Game Play Window will change and You will be presented with the Game 3 Screen.

Game 3

Your Numbers will be displayed at the top of the Game 3 Screen. Below Your Numbers is a 4x4 grid consisting of 16 motifs (the "Game 3 Grid"). Along the bottom and right hand side of the Game 3 Grid are prize amounts, corresponding to a row or column in the Game 3 Grid, the value of which will vary.

Below the Game 3 Grid is the instruction 'Game 3: Complete a ROW or COLUMN with any of YOUR NUMBERS to win Prize' and the Total Win Box containing the Prize Amount that You have won so far during Your Play.

You must select all the motifs in the Game 3 Grid. On selecting a motif, that motif will animate and reveal a number (a "Game 3 Number"). If You reveal four Game 3 Numbers in a row or column in the Game 3 Grid that match four of Your Numbers, those Game 3 Numbers and the corresponding prize amount for that row or column will highlight orange to indicate You have won that prize amount. That prize amount will then be added to the Total Win Box to indicate that You have won this amount so far during Your Play.

Once You have selected all 16 motifs in the Game 3 Grid a button will appear to the right of the Game 3 Grid displaying the message 'BONUS SHOWDOWN'. You must select this button to continue Your Play.

On doing so, the Game Play Window will change and You will be presented with the Bonus Showdown Screen.

Bonus Showdown

A window containing the following instructions will appear in the centre of the Bonus Showdown Screen: 'ONE EXTRA CHANCE TO WIN! Choose one chest to reveal Your BONUS NUMBER for the chance of a bonus win!' You must select the 'LET'S GO' button to continue.

On doing so, You will be presented with a box labelled 'BONUS NUMBER' and the instruction 'Choose one chest to reveal Your BONUS NUMBER'. Below the instruction are 3 motifs and the Total Win Box containing the prize amount that You have won so far in Your Play.

You must select one motif. On doing so, that motif will animate and open to reveal a number (the "Bonus Number"). That Bonus Number will be added to Your Numbers at the top of the Bonus Showdown Screen. A 'CHECK GAMES' arrow will then appear to the left hand side of the Bonus Showdown Screen which You must select.

On doing so, You will be automatically taken back to the Game 1 Screen. If the Bonus Number matches any of the Game 1 Numbers, that Game 1 Number and corresponding Game 1 prize amount will highlight orange and that prize amount will be added to the Total Win Box. You will then be automatically taken to the Game 2 Screen. If the Bonus Number matches any of the Game 2 Numbers, and You match two Game 2 Numbers in a row with any of Your Numbers and/or the Bonus Number, those Game 2 Numbers and the corresponding Game 2 prize amount will highlight orange and that prize amount will be added to the Total Win Box.

You will then be automatically taken to the Game 3 Screen. If the Bonus Number matches any of the Game 3 Numbers, and You match 4 Game 3 Numbers in a row or column with any of Your Numbers and/or the Bonus Number, the corresponding Game 3 prize amount for that row or column will highlight orange and that Game 3 prize amount will be added to the Total Win Box.

You will then be presented with the End Game Screen displaying a message indicating the amount that You have won, if any. Should You wish to do so, You may select the 'GO TO GAME 3' button to view the Game 3 Screen, and from the Game 3 Screen You may use the 'GO TO' buttons on either side of the Game Play Window to move from Game Screen to Game Screen.

You must select the 'FINISH' button in the End Game Screen to complete Your Play. You can find the 'GO TO END GAME' button on the right of the Game 3 Screen to access the End Game Screen.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have matched a Game 1 Number to any of Your Numbers or the Bonus Number, matched both Game 2 Numbers in a single row to any of Your Numbers and/or the Bonus Number, or matched 4 Game 3 Numbers in a row or column to 4 of Your Numbers and/or the Bonus Number, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to a Prize as detailed in the table below:

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - £25 Million Cash Bonanza and any other information issued by Camelot in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Camelot (unless Camelot states otherwise).
