Game details

Game Name: Cash Reactors

Game Price: £5.00

There is a 1 in 2.75 overall chance of winning a Prize on each Play of the Game. The expected prize payout percentage for this game is 72.50%.

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Camelot's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

How to play and win

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account if You bought the Play via Your Account, and in the confirmation email sent to You if You bought the Play via Pingit.

At the start of a Play, You are presented with a splash screen displaying a PLAY button, a TUTORIAL button and the message: 'WIN UP TO £750,000'. To continue, You must select either PLAY or TUTORIAL.

The Game and the Tutorial Game uses symbols to play (a 'Symbol', collectively the 'Symbols'). The Symbols featured in the Game and the theme of the Game may change from time to time.

Tutorial

On selecting TUTORIAL, the Game Play Window will change and You will be taken to the Tutorial Game, which is simply an explanation of how to play the Main Game and does not affect the outcome of the Game. The message 'You can drag a symbol to any joining hexagon. Have a go!' will appear to the left of a grid consisting of 25 hexagons (the 'Tutorial Grid'). You must select and hold the Symbol in the Tutorial Grid and, whilst continuing to hold onto the Symbol, drag it to any adjacent hexagon. Once You have done this, a 'NEXT' button will appear, which You must select to continue the Tutorial Game. On doing so, the message 'Reveal prize values by making a chain of 4 or MORE matching Symbols. Try it!' will appear to the left of Tutorial Grid, and the Tutorial Grid will be populated with 4 Symbols. You must drag the Symbol in the centre of the Tutorial Grid to the left so that it is in a hexagon adjacent to the other Symbols. On doing so, the 4 Symbols will animate and disappear to indicate that You have successfully completed a chain of at least 4 matching Symbols (a 'Chain'), and a NEXT button will appear which You must select to continue the Tutorial Game. On doing so, the message 'A chain can be a LINE or a BLOCK. Make a block of 4.' will appear to the left of the Tutorial Grid, and the Tutorial Grid will be populated with 4 Symbols. You must drag the Symbol in the centre of the Tutorial Grid to the left so that it is in a hexagon adjacent to the other Symbols, forming a block. On doing so, the 4 Symbols will animate and disappear to indicate that You have successfully completed a Chain and a NEXT button will appear which You must select to continue the Tutorial Game. On doing so, the message 'Make a long chain.' will appear, and all of the hexagons in the Tutorial Grid will populate with a selection of different Symbols. You must drag the Symbol in the centre of the top row of the Tutorial Grid down, swapping it with the Symbol directly below, forming a Chain. The message 'COOL!' will appear and the Chain will animate and disappear from the Tutorial Grid, and a NEXT button will appear which You must select to continue the Tutorial Game. On doing so, the message 'A flashing GOLD Symbol will clear the board and fill your Bonus Meter' will appear, and the Tutorial Grid will populate with a selection of different Symbols, one of which will be the flashing gold Symbol (the 'Gold Symbol') which will animate and clear the entire Tutorial Grid of Symbols, making them disappear. The message 'Fill the Bonus Meter to the top to reveal 6 extra prize values on the board.' will appear to the left of the Tutorial Grid, and the meter to the right of the Tutorial Grid will fill up to the first star (the 'Bonus Meter'). You must select NEXT to continue. On doing so, the message 'If you get stuck tap the HINT button for a suggested move. Try it!' will appear, and the Tutorial Grid will populate with Symbols. To the right of the Tutorial Grid, a HINT button will appear, which You must select. On doing so, a white hand (the 'Hint Gesture') will appear, and will make a dragging movement from one hexagon to another to indicate a possible move You can make. You must drag the Symbol contained within the hexagon over which the Hint Gesture is moving, completing the suggested move and creating a Chain. You must then select the 'NEXT' button to continue. On doing so, You will complete the Tutorial Game and You will be taken to the splash screen, where the message 'Now play for real for the chance to WIN!' will appear. You must then select the PLAY button to start the Main Game.

Main Game

On selecting PLAY, the Game Play Window will change and You will be presented with a grid containing 25 hexagons (the 'Grid'), each hexagon containing a Symbol. The Symbols featured in the game and the game theme may change from time to time. To the left of the Grid is the Prize Table, which consists of 8 rows, each row displaying a monetary amount (a 'Prize Amount') and a meter split into 5 sections (each meter a 'Prize Meter'). Below the Grid is the message 'MOVES LEFT 10' (the 'Moves Left Counter'). To the right of the Grid is the Bonus Meter. If You did not play the Tutorial Game, the instructions window will appear. The instructions window contains the following instructions:

'1 YOU HAVE 10 MOVES IN A GAME. MAKE A CHAIN OF 4 OR MORE MATCHING SYMBOLS BY SWAPPING THEM IN THE GRID

2 EACH CHAIN WILL REVEAL A PRIZE VALUE. FILL A ROW IN THE PRIZE TABLE TO WIN THE PRIZE

3 WATCH AS MORE SYMBOLS DROP IN, WHICH COULD CREATE EXCITING CASCADES!

4 LOOK OUT FOR THE FLASHING GOLD SYMBOL WHICH WILL CLEAR THE GRID AND FILL THE BONUS METER IF IT'S NOT ALREADY FULL

5 FILL THE BONUS METER TO THE TOP TO REVEAL 6 EXTRA PRIZE VALUES IN THE GRID! THIS CAN ONLY HAPPEN ONCE PER GAME

6 IF YOU GET STUCK, TAP THE HINT BUTTON FOR A SUGGESTED MOVE'

You must select the 'X' button in the top right corner of the instructions window to close the instructions window. If You did play the Tutorial Game, these instructions will not appear automatically, but You can access the instructions window by selecting the 'i' button on the right of the Game Play Window at any point during Your Play.

To continue Your Play, You must drag a Symbol to an adjacent hexagon so that by doing so, You create a Chain of at least 4 matching Symbols. This is known as making a 'Correct Move'. On making a Correct Move, the Chain will animate and disappear, the Moves Left Counter will decrease by 1, and a Prize Amount will appear, populating a section in the corresponding Prize Meter according to the Prize Amount revealed. The remaining Symbols will then move to fill the gaps left by the disappeared Chain, and new Symbols will populate the gaps at the top of the Grid. The Prize Amounts revealed do not correspond to the type of Symbol used to create the Chain, nor the number of Symbols used in the Chain.

If You try to drag a Symbol to a hexagon which does not lead to the creation of a Chain, the Symbol will bounce back to its original hexagon, and You must try a different move. This is known as making an 'Incorrect Move'. If You are unsure how to make a Correct Move You can select the HINT button to the right of the Grid, which will demonstrate a possible Correct Move with a Hint Gesture. The Hint Gesture will then continue to demonstrate a possible Correct Move until You make any Correct Move.

Sometimes, on making a Correct Move and disappearing a Chain, the Symbols will rearrange and fill the Grid in such a way that another Chain may be created automatically, without You having made a move. This is known as a 'Cascade'. When a Cascade occurs, created Chains will reveal Prize Amounts and fill the Prize Table in the same way that Correct Moves do, but the amount of moves You have left will not decrease. Once the Cascade finishes and no more Chains are created automatically, You may continue Your Play by continuing to attempt Correct Moves.

If a Gold Symbol appears in the Grid, the Gold Symbol will animate and clear all of the Symbols from the Grid, and one section of the Bonus Meter will fill. If all 5 sections of the Bonus Meter are filled, a star will appear and move to the Grid, coming to rest in the hexagon in the centre of the Grid, and the message 'x6 BONUS' will appear. This will cause all of the hexagons surrounding the star to clear, revealing 6 additional Prize Amounts which will add to the Prize Table. The Bonus Meter can only fill once within a game.

You must continue to make Correct Moves until the Moves Left Counter has decreased to 0. If You have filled all 5 sections of a Prize Meter, that Prize Meter will flash to indicate that You have won that Prize Amount. The message 'GAME OVER' will appear in the centre of the Game Play Window, followed by a message indicating the amount You have won, if any. The word 'FINISH' will appear below the message. You must select FINISH to complete the Game.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have filled all 5 sections of a Prize Meter in the Prize Table, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to a Prize as detailed in the table below:
