How to play and win
Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account if You bought the Play via Your Account, and in the confirmation email sent to You if You bought the Play via Pingit.
At the start of a Play, You're presented with a Game Play Window displaying 12 ducks floating in a pool. Above the ducks are six wooden shelf compartments with three play symbols in each. Each compartment consists of either 3 toffee apples; 3 red yo yo's; 3 goldfish bags; 3 tubs of popcorn; 3 green snakes and 3 blue cars (the 'Play Symbols').
To the top of the Game Play Window above each compartment are the prize amounts (the 'Prizes') and underneath each Prize are three wooden hooks.
To the bottom right of the Game Play Window is displayed a chalk board with the message '9 goes left' (the 'Goes Left Indicator'), together with the instruction "Hook 9 out of 12 ducks. Collect 3 identical symbols or an Instant Prize to win the amount shown'. After a period of time this instruction will disappear behind the 'i' motif (the 'Information Button) located on the chalk board. You can display the instruction at any time by clicking on the Information Button and then clicking once again to close it.
To the bottom left of the Game Play Window is displayed a board with the message 'Instant Prizes' (the 'Instant Prize board'), together with two prize amounts (the 'Instant Prizes'). Below each Instant Prize is a wooden hook.
To the right of the Game Play Window is a fishing rod (the 'Rod').
To commence a Play, You must position the cursor over any of the ducks and click. On doing so, the Rod will hook a duck, which will flip to reveal a Play Symbol and then move to one of the hooks above the matching Play Symbols contained within the wooden shelf compartments. At the same time, the Goes Left Indicator will reduce by one. If You collect three identical Play Symbols, shown by having three ducks hooked above the same Play Symbols in the wooden shelf compartments, then the Prize above those hooked ducks will highlight red to indicate that You have won that Prize.
If You hook a duck with an Instant Prize, the duck will flip to reveal a prize amount and then move to the corresponding hook on the Instant Prize board. The matching Instant Prize will highlight red to indicate You have won that amount.
If You do not click on a duck for a period of time, the ducks will animate to indicate that You must click one of these to continue the Game.
Your Play ends, when You have hooked nine ducks. A message will appear to the centre of the Game Play Window indicating the amount You have won, if any, and instructing You to click FINISH to complete the Game.
If You have bought a Play of this Game and have collected three identical play symbols or an Instant Prize, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to a Prize as detailed in the table below:
PrizesThe Prize amounts and odds of winning are set out in the table below:
