Pampered pooch lives in a castle

Archie, a 10-year-old pet Lhasa Apso, has been upgraded from a kennel to a castle thanks to his lottery-winning owners. Susan and Michael Crossland have been spoiling him since they won £1.2 million on Lotto in 2008 but still wanted to give him the royal treatment.

The Crosslands commissioned a kennel that looks just like the King George IV Gate at Windsor Castle. Archie’s magnificent hand-painted kennel castle is 6.5ft by 6.5ft and took seven people 240 hours to build. It features a red carpet, throne and even a hot tub. Susan says "He's my dog at the end of the day. Why not spoil your dog?" Take a look.

The National Lottery has been changing the lives of winners and supporting good causes across the UK since 1994. In that time, there have been more than 7,000 new millionaires created and by playing The National Lottery you raise over £4 million for Good Causes every dayΔ.
