Social Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man aged 25 or over, excluding the Promoter’s employees and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and an Instagram account are required.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 9.00am on the 22nd May 2019 and 11.59pm on the 23rd May 2019 inclusive.

4. To Enter: Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. log into their Instagram account (or create one for free);
2. locate one of the promotional posts on the @TNLUK Instagram account posted on 22nd May 2019.
3. ensure they are following the @TNLUK Instagram account before entering the Promotion and that they continue to follow the account until the event has taken place; and
4. comment on the promotional post, ensuring their comment includes all information required as stated in that post (which will include, without limitation, the date of the event they would like to go to and @ mentioning the person (who must be aged 25 or over) they would take to the event if they won). Additional information may be required depending on the event, for example entrants will need to specify the time of the yoga session they would like to attend.

Entries that do not comply with all of the above requirements will not be valid.

5. Entrants can only enter once for each event type, and can only enter for one yoga session. If an entrant posts more than one entry comment for an event, only the first comment will be valid. Entrants can win tickets to more than one event type, except that entrants cannot attend two yoga sessions.

6. The Prizes: There are 59 prizes available to be won as set out below:

Day 1 - 30th May

1. a. 17 x @Tammyrara 7.00am yoga session for the winner and a guest.
2. b. 15 x @Tammyrara 9.00am yoga session for the winner and a guest.
3. c. 15 x @Paperboyo talk and workshop for the winner and a guest.

Day 2 - 31st May

1. a. 12 x @Paperboyo talk and workshop for the winner and a guest.

Please note:

1. the events may feature bright/strobe lighting;
2. food containing nuts or nut by-products may be served at the events;
3. the events may feature the use of smells injected into the room via infusers;
4. prominent audio may be played into the event space via a sound system; and
5. entrants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and healthy to take part in the event they wish to attend.

If an entrant has any issues with this, they should refrain from entering the Promotion.

7. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

1. a. Winners and guests must be aged 25 or over at the date of the event.
2. b. In the event that a winner is unable to attend the event, no alternative prize will be provided, and no compensation or refund of any expenses incurred in connection with attendance at the event will be provided. In the event that a guest cannot attend, the winner must notify the Promoter immediately and provide required information for the alternative guest (as stated in paragraph 10 below).
3. c. The prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, car parking charges, additional excursions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the prize will be responsible for any such costs.
4. d. Winners are responsible for their behaviour and that of their guest on arrival and at all times during the event. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or the winner’s guest from participation in any aspect of the prize if the winner and/or the winner’s guest fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize and/or the venue or if the winner and/or the winner’s guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others or likely negatively affect the reputation of the Promoter.
5. e. Winners and their guests are responsible at all times for their personal belongings at the event.

8. Winner Selection: All valid entries received during the Promotion Period for each event will be entered into a prize draw. There will be four prize draws, one for each event. The prize draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 24 hours of the end of the Promotion Period. In each draw, up to a maximum of 10 extra winners (depending on the number of entrants) will be selected and added to a reserve list, which will be used in the event a winner is unable or is not entitled to take a prize.

9. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted by the Promoter (@TNLUK) via a direct message to the Instagram account they entered with within 1 to 2 working days after the draws have taken place and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility, acceptance of the prize and any other required information, within 24 hours of receipt of the direct message. In the event that a winner does not respond to the direct message within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

10. In order to accept the prize, the winners will be required to submit information to the Promoter as requested, including: the full name, address and contact number of the winner and their guest; a copy of a photo ID (e.g. passport or driving license) of the winner and their guest; the social media handles of any open / active channels that the winner and their guest use; confirmation that the winner and their guest can attend the event on the chosen date/time mentioned in their entry; confirmation of any dietary requirements for the winner and their guest; and confirmation of whether the winner or their guest have any physical condition or access needs that may affect their participation in an event. Winners must ensure they have their guest’s permission to share the above information and documents with the Promoter.

11. The Promoter will pass winners’ and the guests’ details to PromoVeritas, who will be in touch to confirm final details before the event.

12. The Promoter reserves its right to draw a prize and award it to someone else if the winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days from the end of the Promotion Period, a winner decides not to take a prize, a winner does not respond to all direct messages within 24 hours of receiving the first message, or a winner is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win the prize.

13. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter is or contains:

1. a. viruses or other malicious code;
2. b. content that is likely to be considered offensive by the Promoter or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
3. c. content that incites violence, hatred or any illegal activity or that is threatening or harassing or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence;
4. d. defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
5. e. promotes any political agenda.

14. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to make the surname and county of residence of the winners available on request. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being made available or request for the amount of information being made available to be reduced.

15. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be swapped for another event (except at the Promoter’s sole discretion) or redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

16. By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby grant the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) the exclusive right to film, tape, sound record and photograph (together, the “Content”) all activities connected with the Promotion and/or the prizes. All entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Promoter with full title guarantee (and by way of present assignment of present and future rights) all intellectual property rights in the Content throughout the world for the full unexpired period of such rights and all renewals, reversions and extensions of such period as may be provided under any applicable law throughout the world.

17. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

18. If for any reason any influencer due to host the event is unable to attend, the Promoter may in its sole discretion source an alternative influencer. If the event is not capable of being run as planned for any reason, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the event. No compensation will be payable to winners (except that the Promoter may, in its sole discretion and depending on the individual circumstances, agree to compensate for travel already booked which cannot be cancelled, subject to this being evidenced). In the unlikely situation that the Promoter has to cancel an event before the winners are selected, notifications will be posted on the Instagram accounts mentioned in paragraph 4 above. If winners have already been selected, they will be notified individually.

19. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions, or if the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant (or their guest) may be offensive or that the reputation of the Promoter and The National Lottery may be negatively impacted if the entrant and/or their guest are permitted to attend the event.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion and any event (including accepting take home gifts or participating in activities at any event) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

21. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.

22. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

23. Subject to the consent of the winners, the surname and county of the winners will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope to Social Media Team, Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, 5 Brettenham House, London, WC2E 7EN for 8 weeks following the close of the Promotion.

24. Any personal data relating to entrants and their guests will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose.

25. Any personal data relating to winners and their guests which has been provided to us, including name, instagram handle, contact information, comments, image(s), voice and any other recording(s) collected when you entered the Promotion and/or when you participate, attend, contribute to or post about any of the events will be used by the Promoter for the fulfillment of prizes and for the purposes of developing, producing and exploiting content from the event.

26. Entrants’, winners’ and guests’ personal data will be handled by the Promoter, as data controller, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.national-lottery.co.uk/privacy-policy.

27. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. By entering the promotion all entrants agree to a complete liability release for Instagram. All entries will be subject to Instagram’s terms of use which can be found at www.instagram.com.

28. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

29. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

30. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
