What is National Lottery Days Out?
For a limited time only, National Lottery players can redeem a £25 voucher† to use at hundreds of top attractions and venues across the UK including LEGOLAND, Madame Tussauds London and many more. All you need to do is use your Lotto ticket (purchased on or after 1st October 2021) and head to NationalLotteryDaysOut.com to claim your voucher.†

Can anyone get a 25 pounds voucher?
Any National Lottery player who has a Lotto ticket purchased from 1st October 2021 can apply for a voucher with a redemption value of up to £25. This can be used against a booking to any participating attraction detailed on NationalLotteryDaysOut.com (subject to availability).

Can I apply for more than one voucher?
Vouchers are limited to one per person.
Can you only redeem your 25 pounds voucher online - What if I do not have access to a computer?
Must the voucher be used by a certain date?
The voucher will be sent as a code and must be redeemed within seven (7) days from the date of issue. Bookings made using a voucher must be between 7th October 2021 and 31st March 2022.
Are there certain days you cannot book?

I play Lotto via subscription - What happens if my Lotto tickets are for draws taking place in October, but were purchased before the 1st of the same month - Can I still take part in the promotion?
I am not a Lotto player - can I use my Euromillions or Set For Life ticket number instead?
This promotion applies to Lotto only.
What happens if I win a prize on the Lotto Ticket and want to redeem it. The retailer won't give me back the ticket once the prize is paid?
No problem, take a picture of your Lotto ticket (with your Lotto number clearly showing) before you return it and you can show that on the day of your booked activity.
Can I use my voucher at any tourist attraction in the UK?
My activity does not cost the full 25 pounds - can I take the difference in cash?
Vouchers can only be redeemed against the price of the booking to a participating attraction. The full value of the voucher must be used in one booking. If the value of the booking is less than £25, the remaining balance on the voucher is forfeited.
What happens if my booking is cancelled by the venue?
If a booking is cancelled by the venue, the venue’s cancellation terms will apply. Please contact the venue directly.
I can no longer attend my booked activity - can I pass my ticket on to my family or friend?
Vouchers are not transferable. Vouchers are automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the voucher and/or unique code for value.
Do I need to take my Lotto ticket with me on the day?
Yes please! Participating attractions may request to see your National Lottery Lotto ticket (either the actual ticket or one your mobile phone) as well as the voucher at the time of entry. The attraction and has the right to refuse entry in the event of a failure to produce a National Lottery Lotto ticket.
What happens if an activity costs more than 25 pounds - Can I use the voucher and then pay the difference?
Absolutely. The £25 voucher can be used towards the cost of any booking. If the booking costs more than £25 you can pay the difference.
Can I use my voucher to book a family ticket even if one of us is under 18?
Yes, vouchers can be redeemed against family tickets.
I am on holiday in the UK - Can I take part in the promotion?
Whilst you are in the UK or Isle of Man (IOM), you are permitted to play Lotto and take part in the promotion. Once you leave, you are not permitted to play Lotto or take part in any promotions.
