Whether it’s to stay healthy, get active or to burn off those extra biscuits, fitness is often at the top of the list when thinking about resolutions. But for many, it’s about more than keeping in shape, it’s an opportunity to meet people, build confidence and improve mental health.
John, a fireman from Wales did just that after joining Brawd, a fitness group on Barry Island. Through joining the group John was able to get active and combat his depression.
