April’s been a massive month for winners
In April the country shifted from its regular routine: we started doing PE with Joe from our living rooms and clapping for our amazing NHS staff and the UK’s brilliant carers. As the country gets used to an enormous change in lifestyle, The National Lottery continues to change lives. From £600Million to help good causes respond to the coronavirus crisis, through to a new set of lucky winners.
Including Ryan Hoyle, who’s at home celebrating a massive £58Million EuroMillions win. Ryan’s planning how to spend his win, including a car to get him and his daughter around – find out more about his amazing story.
There was also some good news for Set For Life players when 3 ticket holders, in one night, won the top prize of £10,000 per month for 30 years. April saw a total of 4 top tier winners and 9 players who will enjoy £10,000 per month for a year.
Lotto also made a lot of people very happy in April. A pair of Rolldowns meant that 98,000 people won £121 in the draw on 8th April for matching just 3 main numbers. Another 95,000 people picked up £126, instead of the usual £30, in the draw on 29th April.
April also saw a trio of £500,000 winners in Thunderball. Massive congratulations to those winners and everyone else who enjoyed a win in April.
