These are the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”) for Take The Bait (the “Game”). When You play the Game, these Procedures, the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games ("the Rules") and the Account Terms apply. The Rules and Account Terms can be found on the National Lottery website.
Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.
HOW TO PLAY AND WIN
Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.
At the start of a Play, You are presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £150,000', a 'HOW TO PLAY' button and a 'PLAY' button.
On selecting the 'PLAY' button, You will be presented with the screen for the main game of the Game (the “Main Game”) (the “Main Game Play Window”).
How To Play
If you select the 'HOW TO PLAY' button, You will be taken to the How To Play screen. The screen will change, and a panel with the heading 'HOW TO PLAY' will appear containing the following:
'CASTING THE LINE
START THE GAME WITH THREE TURNS.
CHOOSE ONE OF THE THREE SPOTS TO CAST YOUR LINE.'
On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a second screen containing the following instructions:
'CATCHING FISH
CATCH FISH TO FILL THE PIPS IN THE PRIZE TABLE.
MULTIPLE FISH CAN BE CAUGHT EACH TURN.'
On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a third screen containing the following instructions:
'PRIZE BOOSTER & EXTRA TURNS
PRIZE BOOSTER BUBBLES BOOST ALL PRIZE VALUES IN THE PRIZE TABLE APART FROM THE JACKPOT.
CATCH A GOLDEN SHRIMP TO BE AWARDED AN EXTRA TURN.'
On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a fourth screen containing the following instructions:
'PRIZE GAME
REACH THE SEA FLOOR TO UNLOCK THE PRIZE GAME FOR A GUARANTEED PRIZE.
FIND THREE IDENTICAL PRIZE AMOUNTS TO WIN THAT PRIZE.'
You must select the 'X' in the top right corner of the How To Play screen, or the 'CONTINUE' button at the bottom of the How To Play screen to be taken to the Main Game Play Window.
At the top of the Main Game Play Window is a table which on the left contains the heading 'PRIZE BOOSTER' which will contain a 
motif and a 
motif which at the start of Your play of the Main Game will be dimmed, and on the right of the table will be six circular panels each displaying one of a variety of fish (the ”Fish”) (the “Prize Meters“, each a “Prize Meter“), a number of unfilled pips (the amount of which will vary), and a monetary amount below each Fish (the ”Prize Table”).
At the bottom of the Main Game Play Window is a panel containing the words 'TURNS LEFT' with three 
motifs (the “Turns Left Indicator“), indicating You have three turns at the start of Your play of the Main Game.
To the right of the Turns Left Indicator is the instruction 'POP THE 
TO ACTIVATE THE PRIZE GAME' (which appears when You begin Your play of the Main Game).
In the centre of the Main Game screen is the instruction 'TAP A SPOT TO CAST YOUR LINE' with 3 circles below (the “Casting Buttons”, each a “Casting Button”).
To begin Your play of the Main Game, You must select one Casting Button. On doing so, a motif in the Turns Left Indicator will decrease by one. The Main Game Play Window will animate, and a hook (the ”Hook”) will appear and move down the Main Game Play Window. As the Hook animates and moves down the Main Game Play Window, a series of Fish will animate across the Main Game Play Window horizontally.
If during Your play of the Main Game, the Hook catches any Fish (the “Caught Fish”), the Hook will move upwards until it reaches the top of the Main Game Play Window. The Hook and the Caught Fish will then animate, and the Caught Fish will move towards the Prize Meter(s) corresponding to the Caught Fish in the Prize Table. Each Caught Fish will populate a pip in the corresponding Prize Meter in the Prize Table.
If during Your play of the Main Game, You complete a Prize Meter by populating all of the pips for that Prize Meter, the Prize Meter will highlight and animate to indicate You have won a Prize equal to the monetary amount under that Prize Meter. The Prize won will then animate and move to populate a box at the bottom of the Main Game Play Window containing the words 'MAIN GAME WON' (the “Main Game Won Box”). The pips for that Prize Meter will then be removed, and Your play of the Main Game will continue.
The Main Game Play Window will then animate, and the words 'TAP A SPOT TO CAST YOUR LINE' with the Casting Buttons will be below in the centre of the Main Game Play Window.
Extra Turns
If during Your play of the Main Game, the Hook catches a 
motif, the Main Game Play Window will pause, and the words '+1 TURN!' will be displayed which will then animate and move to the Turns Left Indicator. A motif will then be added to the Turns Left Indicator to indicate You have been awarded an extra turn.
Prize Booster
If during Your play of the Main Game, the Hook catches a 
motif, the Main Game Play Window will pause, and the motif in the Prize Table will highlight and all of the monetary amounts in the Prize Meter will increase (with the exception of the £150,000 top monetary amount).
The first increase to the monetary amounts in the Prize Meters are as follows:
- The £3 monetary amount below the
Prize Meter will increase to £5; - The £5 monetary amount below the
Prize Meter will increase to £7; - The £10 monetary amount below the
Prize Meter will increase to £15; - The £20 monetary amount below the
Prize Meter will increase to £30; - The £50 monetary amount below the
Prize Meter will increase to £70; - The £250 monetary amount below the
Prize Meter will increase to £500; - The £150,000 monetary amount below the
Prize Meter will remain the same.
The £100 monetary amount below the 
Prize Meter will increase to £250;
If during Your play of the Main Game, the Hook catches a second motif, the Main Game Play Window will pause, and the motif in the Prize Table will highlight and all monetary amounts in the Prize Table will increase (with the exception of the £150,000 top monetary amount).
The second increase to the monetary amounts in the Prize Meters are as follows:
- The £5 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will increase to £10;
- The £7 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will increase to £15;
- The £15 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will increase to £20;
- The £30 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will increase to £50;
- The £70 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will increase to £100;
- The £250 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will increase to £500;
- The £500 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will increase to £1,000;
- The £150,000 monetary amount below the Prize Meter will remain the same.
Please note, where the Hook catches a motif, the boosted monetary amounts in the Prize Meter shall be increased in the turn of Your play of the Main Game where the motif is caught and for subsequent turns, and do not apply retrospectively to any Prize(s) won in previous turns, if any.
Prize Game
If during Your play of the Main Game, the Hook catches a motif, the Main Game Play Window will animate and the words 'PRIZE GAME ACTIVATED' will appear in the centre of the screen to indicate You have unlocked a play of the prize game (the “Prize Game“). You will then be presented with the screen for the Prize Game (the “Prize Game Play Window”).
The Prize Game Play Window consists of a grid containing twenty-four 
motifs (the ”Prize Game Grid”). Below the Prize Game Grid is the instruction 'FIND THREE IDENTICAL PRIZE AMOUNTS TO WIN THAT PRIZE.'
To begin Your play of the Prize Game, You must select a motif. On doing so, the motif will animate and reveal a monetary amount. You must continue to select motifs until three identical monetary amounts are revealed. The three identical monetary amounts will highlight and animate to indicate You have won a Prize equal to one of those identical monetary amounts.
A panel will appear containing the words 'PRIZE GAME WON' and the Prize won in the Prize Game. A 'CONTINUE' button will appear at the bottom of the panel which You must select to end Your play of the Prize Game. On doing so, You will return to the Main Game Play Window and the Prize won in the Prize Game will appear in a panel at the bottom of the Main Game Play Window containing the words 'PRIZE GAME WON'. The Hook will move up the Main Game Play Window, and Your Play will then continue as described above.
You must continue to select a Casting Button until there are no remaining motifs in the Turns Left Indicator.
Your Play ends when there are no motifs in the Turns Left Indicator in the Main Game, indicating You have no turns remaining. An end message will appear in the centre of the screen displaying the total monetary amount You have won as a Prize(s), if any. Below the end message is a 'FINISH' button which You must select to end Your Play.
If You have bought a Play of this Game, and have populated all of the pips in a Prize Meter in the Prize Table in the Main Game, and/or caught a motif in the Main Game to enter a play of the Prize Game and revealed three identical monetary amounts under the motifs in the Prize Game, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total monetary amount of your Prize(s), (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - Take The Bait and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
