When You play the Game, these Procedures, the Game Specific Rules for A Year Of Cosmic Cash, the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games ("the Rules") and the Account Terms apply. Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You are presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, a 'PLAY' button and the message 'WIN £30,000 A MONTH FOR A YEAR!'. You must select the PLAY button to continue.

On doing so, You will be presented with the Game Play Window for the Main Game (“Main Game Play Window”). On the right hand side of the Main Game Play Window is a grid resembling a calendar displaying twenty boxes of various colours, each box containing a number between 1 and 30 (the “Calendar Grid”). Each column in the Calendar Grid is labelled with a day of the week, from left to right: 'MON', 'TUES', 'WED', 'THUR' and 'FRI'. To the left of each row of the Calendar Grid, and at the bottom of each column of the Calendar Grid is a prize amount.

To the right of the Calendar Grid is another grid resembling a calendar displaying ten boxes of various colours, each box containing a number between 1 and 30 (the “Jackpot Calendar Grid”). The columns in the Jackpot Calendar Grid are labelled, from left to right: 'SAT' and 'SUN'. Underneath the Jackpot Calendar Grid is the word 'JACKPOT'.

Each of the twenty boxes in the Calendar Grid and the ten boxes in the Jackpot Calendar Grid will be one of the following colours: orange, purple, green, yellow, blue or red. There are five boxes of each colour across the Calendar Grid and Jackpot Calendar Grid.

On the left of the Main Game Play Window is a wheel consisting of six coloured segments, a golden arrow positioned at the top and a 'SPIN' button in the centre of the wheel (the “Bonus Numbers Wheel”). Below the Calendar Grid is the message 'Spin to collect Your Bonus Numbers' and beneath the Bonus Numbers Wheel is the message 'Land on any of the Bonus Numbers throughout the game to play the Bonus Game.'

To start Your Play, You must select the 'SPIN' button on the Bonus Numbers Wheel. On doing so, the Bonus Numbers Wheel will begin to spin. The message displayed below the Calendar Grid will be replaced with 'BONUS NUMBERS' and five motifs will appear. The Bonus Numbers Wheel will come to a stop and the golden arrow will be pointing at one of the six coloured segments. The numbers from the five boxes of the same colour across the Calendar Grid and/or Jackpot Calendar Grid will then fill each of the motifs in that colour (the “Bonus Numbers”).

The Bonus Numbers Wheel will then be replaced with another wheel with thirty boxes around the outside of the wheel, each box containing a number from 1 to 30 (the “Main Game Wheel”). The Main Game Wheel will also contain two golden arrows, one initially pointing directly up and the other initially pointing directly down. In the centre of the Main Game Wheel is a button displaying the words '5 SPINS LEFT' (the “Spins Left Button”).

Below the Main Game Wheel is the message: 'Spin to collect your numbers. Complete a row or column in the calendar grid to win a prize. Complete all of SAT and SUN to win the Jackpot.”

You must select the Spins Left Button. On doing so, the number displayed on the Spins Left Button will decrease by one and the two golden arrows will both begin to spin before coming to a rest on two boxes. When the numbers in the boxes which the golden arrows land on match any of the numbers in the Calendar Grid and/or Jackpot Calendar Grid, those two numbers in the Calendar Grid and/or Jackpot Calendar Grid will animate and change to highlight gold to indicate a match.

You must continue to select the Spins Left Button until it displays '0 SPINS LEFT'. If You complete a row or column in the Calendar Grid (i.e. all of the numbers in that row or column have highlighted gold) the numbers in that row or column will each be highlighted gold and will display a gold circle to indicate You have won the corresponding Prize amount for that row or column.

If You match all 10 numbers in the Jackpot Calendar Grid these numbers will each highlight with a circle and the message '£30,000 A MONTH FOR A YEAR!' will be displayed on the screen indicating that You have won the top Prize. Game Specific Rules apply to this prize, which can be found below.

Bonus Game

If during Your Play, the boxes in the Main Game Wheel that the golden arrows land on match a Bonus Number, that Bonus Number will highlight and glow to indicate a match. That matching Bonus Number will then be removed from the Bonus Numbers section.

The Main Game Wheel will then be temporarily replaced with a new wheel labelled 'BONUS GAME' (the “Bonus Game Wheel”). The Bonus Game Wheel will consist of six segments, each displaying a prize for the Bonus Game (a “Bonus Prize”). In the centre of the Bonus Game Wheel is a 'SPIN' button. You must select the 'SPIN' button to start Your play of the Bonus Game. On doing so, the Bonus Game Wheel will begin to spin until it comes to a stop on one of the six segments. That segment will then be displayed in the centre of the screen to indicate that you have been awarded that Bonus Prize. The Bonus Prizes available are:

INSTANT WIN £5 – If the Bonus Game Wheel lands on this Bonus Prize, 'INSTANT WIN £5' will be displayed on the screen to indicate that You have won £5 automatically.

INSTANT WIN £10 – If the Bonus Game Wheel lands on this Bonus Prize, 'INSTANT WIN £10' will be displayed on the screen to indicate that You have won £10 automatically.

INSTANT WIN £20 – If the Bonus Game Wheel lands on this Bonus Prize, 'INSTANT WIN £20' will be displayed on the screen to indicate that You have won £20 automatically.

COLLECT 3 NUMBERS – If the Bonus Game Wheel lands on this Bonus Prize the three numbers contained within the segment on the Bonus Wheel will animate on the screen with the message 'COLLECT'. When you return to the Main Game Play Window, the corresponding numbers in the Calendar Grid and/or Jackpot Calendar Grid will highlight to indicate that they have been collected.

COLLECT ALL NUMBERS FOR A COLUMN – If the Bonus Game Wheel lands on this Bonus Prize, (displayed as either 'ALL MON', 'ALL TUES', 'ALL WED', 'ALL THUR', 'ALL FRI', 'ALL SAT' or 'ALL SUN'), when you return to the Main Game Play Window the numbers associated with the corresponding column on the Calendar Grid or the Jackpot Calendar Grid will each be highlighted with a circle to indicate that the column has been completed and the Prize amount labelled for that corresponding column will highlight gold to indicate that You have won that Prize amount.

You will only be awarded a play of the Bonus Game for each Bonus Number that is matched from the Main Game Wheel (if any). Please note, collecting a Bonus Number in the Bonus Game does not entitle You to another play of the Bonus Game.

Your Play ends when the Spins Left Button displays '0 SPINS LEFT' and a message will appear displaying the amount You have won (if any).

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have completed a row or column on the Calendar Grid or completed both columns on the Jackpot Calendar Grid and/or revealed an Instant Prize in the Bonus Game, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to a Prize as detailed in the table below:

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - A Year Of Cosmic Cash and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).

Game Specific Rules relating to £30,000 a month for a year prizes won on A Year Of Cosmic Cash National Lottery interactive Instant Win Game

When You play The National Lottery Interactive Instant Win Game “A Year Of Cosmic Cash” (Game no. 4461) (the “Game”), these Game Specific Rules (the “Rules”), the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”), the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games (the “IWG Rules”) and the Account Terms apply. These Rules deal with the payment and award of the Prizes. For information about the Game (including how to play and win) see the Procedures.

If there is any conflict between the documents mentioned above, the IWG Rules will take priority, followed by these Rules, the Procedures and then the Account Terms.

All words and phrases in these Rules that begin with a capital letter and have specific meaning are explained in Rule 4 or in the IWG Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

• 1. Claiming Prizes

  • 1.1 Prizes must be claimed in person before the end of the Claim Period (as set out in the IWG Rules). You must phone the Customer Care Team during its normal opening hours* and during the Claim Period to arrange an appointment with an Allwyn representative(s). Your entitlement to a Prize will be lost (and the Prize won't be paid) if a Prize is not claimed within the Claim Period. Prize will be paid at Your home or other agreed location, or at a Regional Centre.

    **At the time of writing these Rules, the Customer Care Team's opening hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday and 9am – 5pm Sundays – reduced opening hours may apply over the Christmas and New Year period. See the National Lottery website for current opening hours.

  • 1.2 During Your call with the Customer Care Team, You will be asked for certain information, including Your name, address, telephone number(s) and date of birth ("Personal Information") and will need to provide Your Play Number.
  • 1.3 During the appointment with Allwyn representative(s), You will be asked to complete a Prize Claim Form (provided by Allwyn) or any other form Allwyn requires You to complete, and present it along with proof of entitlement to claim and confirmation of the Personal Information given under Rule 1.2.

• 2. Payment of Prizes

  • 2.1 Once Your claim has been successfully validated in line with the requirements of the Account Terms, the IWG Rules, the Procedures and these Rules, the First Prize Payment will be paid to You, unless Rule 2.5 below applies. Allwyn will decide how to make the First Prize Payment, which may be by cheque or bank transfer. Allwyn's decision about whether the claim is valid will be final and binding.
  • 2.2 The remainder of the Prize (being 11 Prize Payments) will be paid by monthly standing order to a UK or Isle of Man bank or building society account. You must give Allwyn Your relevant account details and promptly notify Allwyn in writing of any changes to Your account details.
  • 2.3 If Your name, address or bank details change, You will need to provide Allwyn with evidence of these changes.
  • 2.4 Allwyn will not be liable if You suffer any kind of loss as a result of failing to inform, or delaying in informing, Allwyn of any changes mentioned above. Allwyn will also not be liable for any Prize Payments being lost or delayed in the post or banking system. It is Your responsibility to promptly tell Allwyn in writing if You don't receive a Prize Payment.

  • 2.5 It is possible that a third party will come forward to Allwyn during the Prize claim period or the Prize Payment Period, claiming that they are the legal representative of the deceased Player and are therefore entitled to receive the Prize Payment instead of or for the deceased Player (for example as the executor of a deceased Player's estate). In such cases, Allwyn will suspend further Prize Payments until it can establish who is properly entitled to receive the Prize Payments. Prize Payments for the remaining Prize Payment Period will then be made to the relevant person.
  • 2.6 Allwyn will not be liable to pay interest to You, or any third party mentioned in Rule 2.5 above, if any Prize Payments are suspended.

• 3. Law

  The relevant law for these Rules is English law, and any legal proceedings will be heard in the English Courts.

• 4. Meaning of Words

  The following words and terms will have the meanings given to them below when used in these Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

  Allwyn:

  Allwyn Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

  First Prize Payment:

  the first Prize Payment of £30,000 paid to You in line with Rule 2.1.

  First Prize Payment Date:

  the date on which You are paid the First Prize Payment.

  Prize Payment:

  the sum of £30,000.

  Prize Payment Period:

  the period starting on the First Prize Payment Date and ending when a Prize has been paid in full to You, subject to Rule 2.5 above.

  Prize:

  a prize entitling You to £360,000 in the form of twelve (12) monthly Prize Payments during the Prize Payment Period, subject to the IWG Rules and these Rules.
