Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You will be presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £250,000', a 'HOW TO PLAY' button and a 'PLAY' button.

On selecting the 'PLAY' button, You will be presented with the Game Play Window for the Main Game (the “Main Game Play Window”).

On selecting the 'HOW TO PLAY' button, You will be presented with a panel with the heading 'HOW TO PLAY' (the “How To Play” screen) with the following instructions:

'MAIN GAME

TAP GO TO REVEAL 4 SYMBOLS IN THE TOP ROW AND THE GRID SYMBOLS FOR THAT GO. IN A COLUMN, IF ONE OF THE SYMBOLS IN THE TOP ROW MATCHES A GRID SYMBOL DIRECTLY BELOW, THE MATCHING GRID SYMBOL WILL BE “LOCKED IN” PLACE FOR YOUR REMAINING GOES.'

On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a second How To Play screen containing the following instructions:

'MAIN GAME

ON YOUR NEXT GO, YOU WILL REVEAL 4 NEW SYMBOLS IN THE TOP ROW. ANY NON-MATCHING SYMBOLS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GRID AND REPLACED WITH NEW GRID SYMBOLS. COMPLETE A ROW OF “LOCKED IN” GRID SYMBOLS TO WIN THE PRIZE FOR THAT ROW.'

On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a third How To Play screen containing the following instructions:

'MAIN GAME

REVEAL 3 SYMBOLS IN A GO TO ACTIVATE THE BONUS GAME.

REVEAL A TO ADD SEGMENTS TO THE PRIZE METER.

REVEAL A SYMBOL TO BE AWARDED THE NUMBER OF EXTRA GOES DISPLAYED.'

On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a fourth How To Play screen containing the following instructions:

'PRIZE METER

EVERY WILL DISPLAY A NUMBER.

THE PRIZE METER WILL FILL THE NUMBER OF SEGMENTS DISPLAYED ON THE .

FILL 8 OR MORE SEGMENTS TO WIN A PRIZE.'

On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a fifth How To Play screen containing the following instructions:

'BONUS GAME

TAP GO TO START THE BONUS GAME.

THE LIGHT COLLECTS THE ITEM IT LANDS ON.

LAND ON A TO MOVE UP A ROW.

LAND ON A TO ADD THE NUMBER OF SEGMENTS DISPLAYED TO THE PRIZE METER.

LAND ON A SYMBOL TO BE AWARDED THE NUMBER OF EXTRA GOES DISPLAYED.

LAND ON A TO WIN AN INSTANT PRIZE.'

You must select the 'X' in the top right corner of the How To Play screen to be taken to the Main Game Play Window.

In the centre of the Main Game Play Window is a grid which consists of 4 columns (the “Columns”, each a “Column”) and 5 rows (the “Rows”, each a “Row”) (the “Grid”). Each square in the Grid contains one of a variety of symbols (together, the “Symbols”, each a “Symbol”).

At the top of each Column in the Grid, is one of a variety of Symbols, a motif, a motif or a motif (together the “Top Row”). Note, the Symbols and motifs displayed at the start of Your play of the Main Game are inactive and will not be collected.

At the end of each Row on the right-hand side is a box which at the start of Your play of the Main Game will display the word 'PRIZE' with a gold arrow pointing at the corresponding Row (the “Prize Boxes”, each a “Prize Box”).

To the left of the Grid is a meter displaying 7 boxes (the “Power Surge Prize Meter”). Each box in the Power Surge Prize Meter displays a number of segments and a monetary amount (except for the bottom box, which will not contain a monetary amount).

To the right of the Grid is a 'GO' button. Below the 'GO' button is the word 'GOES' which at the start of Your play of the Main Game will display the number '6' (the “Goes Left Indicator”).

To begin Your play of the Main Game, You must select the 'GO' button. On doing so, the Goes Left Indicator will decrease by 1. The Grid will then animate to display a new set of Symbols, the Top Row will animate to reveal a new set of Symbols, motif, motif, and/or motif, and the Prize Boxes will animate to reveal a monetary amount.

The Grid and the Top Row will then animate and highlight Column by Column starting from left to right to identify matching Symbols in the Grid to any Symbols in the Top Row, if any.

If during Your play of the Main Game, any Symbol revealed in a Column in the Grid is identical to the Symbol displayed in the Top Row directly above that Column, the identical Symbol directly below in the Column in the Grid will animate and display a motif to indicate a match and that Symbol is locked in place (a “Locked Symbol”, together, the “Locked Symbols”). Any Locked Symbol(s) at the end of a turn, will remain in that square on the Grid for the remainder of Your Play.

If You continue to reveal Symbols in a Column in the Grid that match the Symbols revealed in the Top Row to complete a Row of Locked Symbols, the Locked Symbols and the corresponding Prize Box for that Row will animate and highlight to indicate You have been awarded the monetary amount displayed in the corresponding Prize Box as a Prize.

A box with the label 'TOTAL WON' will appear below the Grid displaying the Prize You have won (the “Total Won Box”).

Top Row

If on selecting the 'GO' button, You reveal a motif, a motif or 3 motifs in the Top Row in a single turn, one of the following will occur:

• – If You reveal a motif that contains a number, You will be awarded segments to fill the Power Surge Prize Meter equal to the number displayed on that motif. The number displayed in the motif will animate and move to the right of the Main Game Play Window to a power cable (the “Power Cable”). The Power Cable will animate and a flash animation will animate to the bottom box on the Power Surge Prize Meter, and the first segment will flash and highlight blue. The next segment(s) in the Power Surge Prize Meter will then flash and highlight blue, the number of which will correspond to the number of segments awarded and any segments awarded thereafter for the remainder of Your Play (if applicable). You may be awarded between 1 and 5 segments.
• – If You reveal a motif, You will be awarded the number of extra goes corresponding to the number displayed on the motif. The number displayed on that motif will animate over to the Goes Left Indicator and the number displayed on the Goes Left Indicator will increase by the number corresponding to the number displayed on the motif. You may be awarded between 1 and 3 extra goes.
• – If You reveal 3 motifs in a single turn, the Main Game Play Window will animate to indicate You have been awarded a play of the bonus game (the “Bonus Game”). The Grid and the Top Row will then animate and highlight Column by Column starting from left to right, to animate any Locked Symbol(s) (as described above), if any.

Bonus Game

If during a single turn in the Main Game, You reveal 3 motifs to unlock the Bonus Game, the Main Game Play Window will animate and change to display the words 'BONUS GAME ACTIVATED' before taking you to the Game Play Window for the Bonus Game (the “Bonus Game Play Window”).

The Bonus Game Play Window consists of a table containing 5 rows (the “Bonus Game Rows”, each a “Bonus Game Row”) with a varying number of segments (the “Segments”, each a “Segment”). Each Segment contains either a motif, or a motif (with a corresponding number), a motif (with a corresponding monetary amount), or a motif (with a corresponding number) (the “Bonus Symbols”, each a “Bonus Symbol”).

To the right of the Bonus Game Rows is a 'GO' button, which You must select to begin Your play of the Bonus Game.

On selecting the 'GO' button, the Segments in the bottom Bonus Game Row will randomly highlight before coming to rest on one Segment. The Segment landed on will highlight to indicate that Segment has been awarded. You must continue to select the 'GO' button until the Segment highlighted contains a Bonus Symbol. Once You have landed on a Bonus Symbol, You will be taken back to the Main Game Play Window. If during Your play of the Bonus Game, the Segment landed on contains a Bonus Symbol, that Bonus Symbol will animate. You must then select the 'GO' button to continue and on doing so, the Segments in the Bonus Game Row above will start to randomly highlight as described above. The Bonus Game Row below will fade to indicate You will continue Your play of the Bonus Game on the highlighted Bonus Game Row. If You land on any further Bonus Symbol(s) during Your play of the Bonus Game, You will move up to the next Bonus Game Row.

Upon the completion of the Bonus Game, a message in the centre of the screen will appear containing the words 'BONUS GAME', the Bonus Symbol You have been awarded and the message 'YOU HAVE WON'. You will then be taken back to the Main Game Play Window and one of the following will happen:

• – If the Segment landed on contains a Bonus Symbol, on returning to the Main Game Play Window, You will be awarded an amount of segments equal to that displayed on the Bonus Symbol, which will be added to fill the Power Surge Prize Meter. The number displayed in the Bonus Symbol will animate and move to the Power Cable to the right of the Main Game Play Window. The Power Cable will then animate to the Power Surge Prize Meter and the segments in the Power Surge Prize Meter will then flash and highlight blue, the number of which will correspond to the number of segments awarded in the Bonus Game. You may be awarded between 1 and 5 segments.
• – If the Segment landed on contains a Bonus Symbol which contains a monetary amount, You will be awarded that monetary amount as an Instant Prize. On returning to the Main Game Play Window, the Instant Prize awarded will be added to a box on the right of the Main Game Play Window labelled 'INSTANT WINS' (the “Instant Wins Box”).
• – If the Segment landed on contains a Bonus Symbol, on returning to the Main Game Play Window, You will be awarded the number of extra goes corresponding to the number displayed on the Bonus Symbol. The number displayed on that Bonus Symbol will animate over to the Goes Left Indicator and the number displayed on the Goes Left Indicator will increase by the number corresponding to the number displayed on the Bonus Symbol. You may be awarded between 1 and 3 extra goes.

Power Surge Prize Meter

If during Your Play of the Game, You collect 8 (or more) motifs in the Main Game and/or Bonus Symbols in the Bonus Game, the second box in the Power Surge Prize Meter will animate and highlight to indicate You have been awarded the £4 monetary amount displayed as a Prize. If You continue to reveal motifs in the Top Row in the Main Game and/or are awarded further Bonus Symbols in the Bonus Game to fill the next box in the Power Surge Prize Meter (as detailed below), the next box in the Power Surge Prize Meter will animate and highlight to indicate You have been awarded that monetary amount displayed as a Prize and the previous box and monetary amount will dim. The number of segments in a box in the Power Surge Prize Meter required to be filled in the Power Surge Prize Meter and the corresponding Prize to be won is as detailed below:

• – If You fill 1-7 segments on the Power Surge Prize Meter, You will not be entitled to a Prize.
• – If You fill 8 to 11 segments on the Power Surge Prize Meter, You will be awarded the £4 monetary amount displayed as a Prize.
• – If You fill 12 to 15 segments on the Power Surge Prize Meter, You will be awarded the £6 monetary amount displayed as a Prize.
• – If You fill 16 to 19 segments on the Power Surge Prize Meter, You will be awarded the £10 monetary amount displayed as a Prize.
• – If You fill 20 to 22 segments on the Power Surge Prize Meter, You will be awarded the £50 monetary amount displayed as a Prize.
• – If You fill 23 to 24 segments on the Power Surge Prize Meter, You will be awarded the £1,000 monetary amount displayed as a Prize.
• – If You fill 25 segments on the Power Surge Prize Meter, You will be awarded the top prize monetary amount of £250,000 displayed as a Prize.

Please note, You will only be awarded the Prize in the Power Surge Prize Meter which is highlighted at the end of Your Play and not the sum of all monetary amounts highlighted throughout Your Play, if any.

You must continue Your Play until the Goes Left Indicator reaches 0 in the Main Game, and You have completed Your play of the Bonus Game. An end message will appear displaying the total won in Prize(s) and Instant Prizes, if any. Below the end message is a 'FINISH' button which You must select to complete Your Play of the Game.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have completed a Row of Locked Symbols in the Main Game, and/or filled 8 or more segments in the Power Surge Prize Meter, and/or landed on an Instant Prize in the Bonus Game, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total monetary amount of your Prize(s), (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - Lab Riches and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
