HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You are presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £300,000' and a 'PLAY' button.

On selecting the 'PLAY' button, You will be presented with a panel containing the Game name (the “How To Play” screen) and the following instructions:

'Pick 18 tiles to reveal YOUR LETTERS.

Match YOUR LETTERS to the letters in the WORD GRID.

Complete 3 or more words in the WORD GRID to win the corresponding Prize in the PRIZE TABLE.

Reveal letters in PINK EDGED TILES to unlock the FLIP BONUS GAME.'

On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a second screen containing the following instructions:

'Tap FLIP to reveal YOUR BONUS LETTERS.

Reveal letters with a or to be awarded extra FLIPS.

Match YOUR BONUS LETTERS to letters in the BONUS WORD GRID.

Complete 3 or more words in the BONUS WORD GRID to win the corresponding BONUS PRIZE in the BONUS PRIZE TABLE.

Complete the GOLDEN EDGED WORD to TRIPLE your TOTAL WON BOX.'

You must select the 'X' in the top right corner of the How to Play screen to be taken to the screen for the main game (the “Main Game”) (the “Main Game Play Window”).

In the centre of the Main Game Play Window is a grid (the “Word Grid”) displaying eighteen words (the “Words”, each a “Word”). There will be 4 pink edged tiles on 4 Words in the Word Grid (the “Pink Edged Tiles”, each a “Pink Edged Tile”).

Below the Word Grid at the bottom of the Main Game Play Window there are eighteen boxes, which at the start of Your play of the Main Game will be empty (the “Letters Trail”).

To the left of the Word Grid is a box labelled 'YOUR LETTERS' containing twenty-four motifs (the “Your Letters Box”). At the bottom of the Your Letters Box is a counter labelled 'LETTERS LEFT: 18' (the “Letters Left Indicator”).

To the right of the Word Grid is a table labelled 'COMPLETED WORDS' (the “Prize Table”). The Prize Table consists of 2 columns and ten rows (the “Rows”, each a “Row”). Each Row has a monetary amount in the right-hand column, and the corresponding number of Words needed to be completed in the Word Grid to win the monetary amount for that Row as displayed in the left-hand column.

Above the Prize Table is a panel of four boxes labelled 'FLIP BONUS GAME' (the “Bonus Game Box”) which at the start of Your play of the Main Game will be unfilled.

To start Your Play of the Game, You must select a motif in the Your Letters Box. The Letters Left Indicator will decrease by one, and one of the following will happen:

• – If You reveal a letter that also appears in a Word or Words in the Word Grid, that letter in the Your Letters Box will animate and the matching letter in the Word Grid will also animate and highlight turquoise to indicate a match. That letter will then move to populate a box in the Letters Trail and will disappear from the Your Letters Box.
• – If You reveal a letter that is not in a Word in the Word Grid, the motif in the Your Letters Box will animate to reveal the letter, but no letters in the Word Grid will highlight. That letter will then move to populate a box in the Letters Trail and will disappear from the Your Letters Box.
• – If You reveal a monetary amount, the revealed monetary amount will highlight gold to indicate You have won that monetary amount as an Instant Prize.
• – If You reveal a letter that appears in a Word in the Word Grid which contains a Pink Edged Tile, a gold animation will appear and move to populate a box in the Bonus Game Box.

If during Your play of the Main Game, You reveal letters which complete one of the Words shown in the Word Grid, that Word will animate and highlight gold to indicate that You have completed that Word. If You complete three or more Words in the Word Grid, the Row in the Prize Table that corresponds to the number of Words You have completed in the Word Grid will highlight to indicate that You have won a Prize equal to the monetary amount shown for that Row. Note: Your Prize (if any) will be equal to the monetary amount shown in the Row in the Prize Table that is highlighted at the end of Your play of the Main Game. It will not be a sum of the monetary amounts displayed in each Row which may have been highlighted during Your play of the Main Game.

Any Prize(s) won across Your play of the Main Game will be added to a box below the Prize Table in the Main Game Play Window (the “Total Won Box”).

Bonus Game

If during Your play of the Main Game, You reveal all 4 letters that contain a Pink Edged Tile to populate all of the boxes in the Bonus Game Box, the Bonus Game Box will animate and change to reveal the words 'FLIP BONUS GAME UNLOCKED' to indicate You have unlocked a play of the bonus game (the “Bonus Game”). The Main Game Play Window will then animate, and You will be presented with the screen for the Bonus Game (the “Bonus Game Play Window”).

In the centre of the Bonus Game Play Window is a grid (the “Bonus Word Grid”) displaying 8 words (the “Bonus Words”, each a “Bonus Word”). One Bonus Word in the Bonus Word Grid will be outlined by a gold border (the “Tripler Word”).

At the start of Your play of the Bonus Game, below the Bonus Word Grid there will be 8 boxes which will be empty (the “Bonus Letters Trail”).

To the left of the Bonus Word Grid is a box which at the start of Your play of the Bonus Game will contain a '?' (the “Bonus Game Letter Flipper”). Below the Bonus Game Letter Flipper, is a button labelled 'FLIP'. Below the 'FLIP' button is a box containing the words 'FLIPS LEFT' which at the start of Your play of the Bonus Game will contain the number '8' (the “Flips Left Indicator”). Below the Flips Left Indicator is a box containing the words 'REVEAL OR ON A FLIP TO BE AWARDED EXTRA FLIPS'.

To the right of the Bonus Word Grid is a table labelled 'COMPLETED WORDS' (the “Bonus Prize Table”). The Bonus Prize Table consists of 2 columns and six rows (the “Bonus Rows”, each a “Bonus Row”). Each Bonus Row has a monetary amount in the right-hand column, and the corresponding number of Bonus Words needed to be completed to win the monetary amount for that Bonus Row in the left-hand column.

Below the Bonus Prize Table is a box containing the words 'COMPLETE THE GOLDEN EDGED WORD TO TRIPLE YOUR TOTAL WON BOX'.

To begin Your play of the Bonus Game, you must select the 'FLIP' button. On doing so, the Flips Left Indicator will decrease by 1 and the Bonus Game Letter Flipper will animate before revealing a letter and one of the following will happen:

• – If You reveal a letter that also appears in a Bonus Word or Bonus Words in the Bonus Word Grid, that letter on the Bonus Game Letter Flipper will animate and the matching letter in the Bonus Word Grid will also animate and highlight blue to indicate a match. That letter will then move to populate a box in the Bonus Letters Trail.
• – If You reveal a letter that is not in a Bonus Word in the Bonus Word Grid, no letters in the Bonus Word Grid will highlight. That letter will then move to populate a box in the Bonus Letters Trail.
• – If You reveal a letter that contains a symbol, that symbol will animate and move to populate the Flips Left Indicator to indicate You have been awarded 2 additional flips in the Bonus Game. The Bonus Letters Trail will then animate, and 2 extra boxes will be added.
• – If You reveal a letter that contains a symbol, that symbol will animate and move to populate the Flips Left Indicator to indicate You have been awarded 3 additional flips in the Bonus Game. The Bonus Letters Trail will then animate, and 3 extra boxes will be added.

If during Your play of the Bonus Game, You reveal letters which complete one of the Bonus Words shown in the Bonus Word Grid, that Bonus Word will animate and highlight pink to indicate that You have completed that Bonus Word. If You complete three or more Bonus Words in the Bonus Word Grid, the Bonus Row in the Bonus Prize Table that corresponds to the number of Bonus Words You have completed in the Bonus Word Grid will highlight to indicate that You have won a Prize equal to the monetary amount shown for that Bonus Row. Note: Your Prize (if any) will be equal to the monetary amount shown on the Bonus Row that is highlighted at the end of Your play of the Bonus Game, it will not be a sum of the monetary amounts displayed in each Bonus Row which may have been highlighted during Your play of the Bonus Game.

You must continue to select the 'FLIP' button until the Flips Left Indicator reaches 0. You will then return to Your play of the Main Game which will continue as described above.

If You have won a Prize in the Bonus Game, at the end of your play of the Bonus Game a panel will appear containing the words 'FLIP BONUS GAME YOU HAVE WON' with the Prize won in the Bonus Game below. On returning to the Main Game, the value of Your Prize won in the Bonus Game will be added to the Bonus Game Box.

If during Your play of the Bonus Game, You match letters to complete the Tripler Word, the box below the Bonus Prize Table will animate and change to display the words 'GOLDEN EDGED WORD COMPLETED ', and the Bonus Game Play Window will animate to display the words 'GOLDEN EDGED WORD MULTIPLIER UNLOCKED' to indicate You have been awarded a tripler multiplier and any Prize(s) won across Your Play will be multiplied by 3. On returning to the Main Game Play Window, the will appear next to the Total Won Box.

You must continue to select motifs until the Letters Left Indicator reaches 0 in the Main Game and/or select the 'FLIP' button until the Flips Left Indicator in the Bonus Game reaches 0.

An end message will appear in the centre of the screen displaying the total monetary amount You have won in Prize(s), if any. To the left of the end message will be a 'SHOW GAME' button which You can select to return to your finished Game. To end Your Play of the Game, You must select the 'FINISH' button which will be below the end message.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have completed 3 or more words in the Word Grid in the Main Game, and/or revealed an Instant Prize, and/or completed 3 or more words in the Bonus Word Grid, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total monetary amount of your Prize(s), (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - £300K Cashword Flip and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
