25 years of winners celebrate The National Lottery’s birthday
Meet the luckiest group ever! With winnings worth more than £110Million between them this selection of National Lottery players got together to share tips about life after a win and reveal how their lives have been transformed.
With winners from all 25 consecutive years representing every part of the UK, there were some amazing stories to hear.
They included Deana Sampson who had £3.60 in her bank account when she won more than £5.4Million in 1996. Her first purchase was a pair of trainers, which she says she bought “simply because I could”. Later she bought her parents a bungalow and herself a beautiful yacht which was delivered on her 40th birthday.
We snuck in to watch the photoshoot with celebrity photographer Sven Arnstein and after, we got the chance to chat with some of these lucky people. So come behind the scenes and meet the rest of our winners...
